  I gave a lower rating because my truck was stolen while staying here. They have cameras and no one but a manager can access them and they do not have managers on duty on the weekends. The police wanted the video to help locate my truck and it was not available. Other than not being secure and dark around the parking areas it's above average.

  Stayed here overnight on the way to see friends. Avid in general is a nice brand, however this one was a step above! The desk staff were super nice and helpful, the hotel itself was centrally located with access to quite a few varied dining options, and the room was very clean and comfortable! I will remember this location on future trips through Cincinnati.

  We stayed here for 4 nights for a trip. The hotel seems pretty new, everything was modern and clean. No frills- the rooms were a little small, but were nice, clean, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. They do have a limited hot breakfast (eggs, potatoes, and bacon bites or sausage patty), again not fancy but good. They do have free coffee all the time, which makes a fresh cup each time. And a free little machine for fresh water AND sparking water. The tv in the room was also easy to connect my phone to stream a movie too!

  Very rude front desk staff! I called to ensure they had availability for a wheelchair accessible room, as my father, who is wheelchair-bound, is the one I was booking for. The lady kept pushing me to book through her (the direct rate was far worse than the rate I got through my rewards.) Then, she proceeded to say I don’t have a full guarantee that a handicap accessible room would be available, even if I booked specifically that third party, unless I booked with her. What kind of a dishonest business is this! My father is wheelchair bound. I will not be supporting this hotel and will gladly forfeit my IHG membership tier if this is how they treat non able bodied guests! If you’re handicapped, DO NOT BOOK HERE.

  I stay at this hotel a lot for work. It's basic, low cost and good location. My biggest complaint here is the showers and towels. I've stayed in many of the rooms countless times. There is always poor water pressure and intermittent hot water at times. Some days worse than others. Wish they could get this figured out. Also the towels rarely smell good and clean. Other than that, the beds are comfortable, housekeeping does a good job and the front desk people are always nice.
