  Traveling with my dog, property is beautiful, spotless with lush grass for dog walking. Room is spotless, breakfast options are tasty and varied. Great stay!

  Booked a room with card in file to pay upon check in. Drove with my 2 small kids all day Arrive at 11pm to check in they canceled our room with no notice nothing. Then gave our room away. Hotel and every hotel within a hr was booked. Left me and my family stranded in the middle of the night with absolutely NO WHERE TO GO. THEY DID NOT CARE WHATSOEVER. She was completely rude and unhelpful. However a guy called and said he was on his way and they HELD A ROOM FOR HIM EVEN THOUGH HE ALSO HAD NOT PAID. Apparently according to this woman 2nd shift. Canceled alot of rooms for non payment when they HAD CARDS ON FILE. This is completely ridiculous of a hotel to do this and leave people sleeping in there cars with children.

  I respectfully deny the allegation that I have been smoking marijuana or violating the hotel’s smoking policy. I have not smoked in my room or anywhere inside the building, nor have I violated any hotel policies. When I asked management to provide any confirmation or evidence supporting these accusations, I was not shown anything or given any explanation beyond being told that complaints had been made. I believe that if I am being accused of violating hotel policy, I should be informed of the basis for those accusations. Additionally, my laundry supplies have gone missing during my stay, which has only added to my concerns. I also went to the front desk to discuss these matters in person and was left waiting for an extended period of time without anyone coming to assist me. I made a reasonable effort to address the situation respectfully, but I was unable to receive any assistance. As a result of these repeated incidents, I feel that I am being singled out and unfairly treated. Because of the way these events have unfolded, I cannot help but feel that I am being judged based on my appearance rather than on any actual violation of hotel policy. I am submitting this complaint because I expect to be treated fairly, with respect, and in accordance with the same standards applied to every other guest. I would appreciate a thorough review of this matter, that I never received. Falsely accused and robbed.

  Same dude working night greeted me again. Extremely helpful and will come again. All three dogs were allowed to stay!
