- RORenee Ochoa1 day ago5.0Ghada is the BEST!!! The whole hotel was a great experience. Customer service from the very beginning is amazing. However the breakfast was the absolute BEST. Great selection of fresh hot food plus the fruit, muffins, and cinnamon rolls are amazing. The OUTSTANDING is Ghada the woman who makes the whole breakfast experience wonderful. She is so sweet, prompt and attentive to all your needs.

- NZNing ZSep 1, 20265.0This place has been completely renovated and upgraded. It feels brand new! The breakfast was fresh and hearty. The staff was welcoming. I love the Costa machine in the lobby, it makes fresh coffee at any time (grind from the beans).
- RBRuthRose BoboAug 24, 20265.0My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suite Warren/Niles twice within a week. I forgot something and called within 9 hours but! There is a but. On our second visit, we were given the same room we were at before. This was three days after. The room was spacious and comfortable, however, the rug was unclean. I saw things I saw days back at our first visit. I informed the hotel receptionist ( Nicholas ) and the manager ( Tracy ) and they were an exceptional help. Tracy came up and vacuumed the room herself. She was incredibly gracious and apologetic about the situation. She listened and followed up. She also discounted the room as a result of the inconvenience. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They also have treats for the guests in the evening!
- MSMichael ShiraAug 13, 20262.0Rooms are fine the wifi sucks, as it seems to at every ihg I've been to lately. Which is quite a bit I've got diamond elite status. Can't even seem to stream a YouTube video in 1080 without buffering so I think ill be switching to marriot.
