Great older building, but modern amenities. Beds are conformable and the place is quiet and secure. Breakfast is typical hotel ... not great, not bad. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I will stay here again.

I'm not sure if it's just our luck or if it's truly this bad. Checked in, they gave us room 307, bathroom was not clean, and by that I don't mean a little thing, but toilet bowl had feces, sink had Coffee stains from someone dumping the coffee and not washing it off. No towels, no soap or anything. I called down to let them know. They offered to give me towels... No, so the person in the lobby asked me to go down to get keys for a new room... Room 315. I go down, and room 315 is in worse shape. The door is open, vacuum is in the room, bed is not made, towels on the floor. Mind you, this was at 1:30am... We were tired feom traveling and wanted to just sleep. I called down to let him know and he gives me a 2nd floor room. 214. I go, and the lights don't work. At all. I go down and he seems annoyed, when I should have been the one to be feeling like that instead of him. So he gets keys for room 215 and asks me to follow him. He checks 214 and couldn't believe that the lights really didn't work. I felt like he didn't believe me and I was just being picky... so we head to room 215 and you wouldn't believe it but... the lights ALSO did NOT work... he even banged on the walls hoping they'd turn on. We head back down to the lobby. He asks if I'm okay with my original room 307 if he just gave me towels... nope. So he gives me the keys to room 105... finally a room that is made up and lights work, but has NO windows.... I felt like I was in a prison room. But because of business, had to stay. Take this review as you want, but they need to make up a lot of upgrades to this place.

Seriously, if you're looking to stay in downtown Warren, this row-style hotel is your only real option, and honestly, it's a gem. Forget those cookie-cutter places in Niles; this spot has *character*. It feels like you're stepping back in time, but in the best way. The current owners did a fantastic job renovating it into a Best Western while keeping so much of the old Park Hotel's charm and elegant vibe. It's like a perfectly balanced blend of history and modern comfort. The value here is just insane. It's way nicer than other hotels around, and you're looking at a similar price, maybe even cheaper. The staff? Absolutely top-notch. They're the definition of hospitality, seriously going above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. And the rooms – so clean and they totally nail that historic charm of the original. Plus, you've got a gym, laundry, drinks for sale if you want them, and super convenient, free parking out back. The complimentary breakfast is a real bonus too, with way better options than you'll find elsewhere. I think a lot of people overlook this place because it blends so seamlessly into the downtown buildings. But that's part of its appeal! You can literally walk right out your door onto the sidewalk and be in the middle of everything – all the cool cafes and shops Warren has to offer. You're not just paying for a room; you're paying for an experience and an atmosphere that no other local hotel can touch. It's a no-brainer if you want something unique and affordable.

Food was tepid. Eggs and sausage were not hot. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and odor free. Nice hotel with character. Convenient to Robins Theater with was why we stayed there. My husband is on an electric wheelchair and needed an ADA room. There was a high tub in the room with lots of grab bars but no seat. Toilet was a standard one, not a high one. I took off points because it wasn't a true ADA room.
