- CHC HeyboerMay 9, 20261.0I should start out by saying the front desk staff was very nice. No problem there at all. With that said here’s the bad. I am a diamond elite member. Stay at holiday inn several times a week for work. Booked 2 double queen suites for the weekend for the family. Mostly grandkids. Checked in and found out they were double booked. Resulting in only getting one suite and a double queen standard. Also told the pool was heated. Definitely not. When I reported it to the front desk I was informed the maintenance people won’t be in until Monday. Completely unacceptable. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn conference center in South Philadelphia. There was a major problem with my room at 11pm when I checked in. Put my bags in the room and went downstairs to get something to eat and couldn’t get back into my room. Front desk called maintenance in to address the problem immediately. Was very impressed with that hotel. This one here in Wapakoneta not at all impressed. In fact I would say without hesitation unless something is done by the owners to improve this place I would not recommend staying here for any reason. Almost forgot to mention the couch in the suite is absolutely disgusting. Looks extremely old. Multiple stains. I won’t even sit on it.

Smells amazing lol..The staff are so friendly and the house keepers are exceptional 💯 We would definitely stay again! And there's plenty of places to eat and visit! The Niel Armstrong Museum is steps away! Great place!
