  Quick stop on the way to another destination. Very clean room. Located next to a restaurant/bar within walking distance. We got the jet room suite and enjoyed the spacious room. Would stay again if in the area...

  We arrived a few hours after booking and was told we were marked as a no show, but that the room was still available... but for a higher price. Asked for a refund for the original booking but was denied. So we were supposed to pay twice for the same room? Instead, we had to keep driving, exhausted, late at night in an unfamiliar area looking for somewhere to stay.

  Was marked a no-show and my reservation cancelled within a couple hours of booking because their night audit had been run in the meantime. I was told the original nonrefundable reservation would not be honored, but that I was free to rebook the same room, for the same night, at a higher rate. In what world does it make sense to be told to my face that I didn't show up for a reservation during the timeframe of that reservation, and that I could still have the exact same reservation if I paid now more than double? The front desk agent was rude, and management is dragging their feet on refunding me. Never again would I attempt to stay here.

  We needed a last minute late checkout and Robin at the front desk made it happen. We really appreciated her customer service! The hotel was also in a great location and well maintained
