- JAJennifer Applebee1 day ago1.0I booked a night through my IHG app using points and paying roughly $20, and but I wasnt able to make it. I tried to cancel, but was told I'd be charged the regular room rate. So I left the reservation and no-showed. I was then charged the regular rate for no-showing. When asking for a refund I was told the hotel's policy is to charge the regular rate for both canceling and for no-showing. So instead of paying $20 I was charged $214. Terrible policy for something that was already covered.
- CBCincy Bearcatz3 days ago1.0Rooms were dirty stains on carpets and only difference been standard room and suite is a pull out couch. Toilet broke during our stay and they billed us $250 when we had nothing to do with it breaking. Manager would not do anything, took 6 hours with no toilet and shower before we got moved to new room. Do not stay here, very dishonest establishment and the hotel management group would do nothing about it. Opening a case with Ohio attorney general as well.

Garner has great staff throughout, front desk to floor staff. Hotel is very clean, very good shape and obvious they maintain it. Pool area very nice, great hot tub. Staybridge should sent their manager over here to see what an IHG hotel should be. Thanks Garner team

While the complimentary breakfast is fairly standard, the biggest downside is poor soundproofing against the nearby highway traffic, making a room further from the road a must for future stays.
