First time staying here. Easy to find and in a quite area. Check in with Hannah was fast. She was friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, clean, spacious and very comfortable. They have a very clean heated indoor pool and fitness room. They serve a complimentary breakfast which was really good. Both hot and cold foods. To name a few, eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, bagels, yogurt, cereal, muffins, etc. Food was good and the area is extremely clean. Beds are comfortable and the rooms quite. Cable TV, desk and clean bathroom with dove products. Mini fridge and microwave in room. The only note of issue, was the little freezer in the frig needs to be defrosted badly. Otherwise great stay and I strongly recommend should you be considering a stay. Note; wanted to book again on our return trip, but it was cheaper to book online through 3rd party site then directly with the hotel. Plenty of parking and very secure area. Aldi grocery store within walking distance and plenty of restaurants just a couple miles away.

The staff was nice. Breakfast was hot, rooms were fairly clean. My card stopped working twice and I had to go get a new one. The reason its getting 2 stars was because when I left I forgot my Beats ear buds in the room and housekeeping stole them. I know they were there because i had a tracker in the case. It went offline the next morning after I left, when they cleaned out the room. Called them, they said they couldn't find them, I explained the tracker, they said sorry we can't help.

Great location right off of I-75. Nearby you will find a number chain dining options and store for anything you may need on your travels. About a mile or so to the east you will find the small downtown of Troy Ohio with shops, restaurants, historical museum and a great library. When we arrived we were greeted professionally and given information on the hotel and direction to our room. Seth was professional and friendly - a good start to our stay. The hotel seems to have been recently updated. The room we had (King suite) was big and very roomy. Bed, the fold-out couch and chairs were all very comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean, and the water in the shower was appropriately adjustable (good hot and warm water). The bed was comfortable, and got a solid night's sleep! Two downsides to the room (see pics and video) - the wallplates did not seem to fit properly and the light as you came in the room was out. Not deal breakers, but certainly things staff should have noticed and addressed prior to the next guest arriving. The continental breakfast in the morning was good - the hot things were hot and the cold things cold. The staff kept up with the demand (place was full the day we stayed) of the high number of guests taking advantage of it. The pool was a nice perk as was the fairly extensive workout facility. The property itself was very tidy, no trash or debris around, and everything seemed very clean. One small not to pick - there isn't a coffee maker in the room unless you ask for it. That would have been nice to know either on checkin or as an option when making the reservation.
