  Rooms are clean, lobby… not so much. There were a ton of flies. When we made staff aware if the issue, their response was “we may have a fly swatter you can use.” Needless to say, I was less than impressed.

  The shower handle came off and they started to blame me they were like that has never happened before and then guys tried to make me fix it like that’s my job I told him I didn’t do it and he kept insisting I fix it I told it it’s broke you need another shower handle we ended up switching rooms and he just kept telling me to be careful with the stuff and then when we moved into the new room there wasn’t even a tv.the last room we tried Turing on the lights and they didn’t work this hotel has to be one of the worst I’ve been too

  Didnt know what to expect when i showed up because the staff were frantic about no shows and how many rooms they had to clean kind of messy situation BUT!!!! THE WAY THIS TEAM CAME TOGETHER TO MAKE OUR STAYS ENJOYABLE NO MATTER WHAT IS WHAT MADE THE DIFFERENCE. EVERY PLACE HAS ISSUES BUT LOVED THE WAY THIS TEAM STILL PULLED TOGETHER TO DO AN AMAZING JOB HATS OFF TO Robbie ,christine, Tay, Mike,and another lady who single handedly made breakfast when the lady didnt show up for her shift !! You are all appreciated

  I am over the road truck driver. I had to find a new hotel to go to once I was in town. I found one because of the great service. Savanna at the front desk is so polite and friendly on the phone and in person. She knows what she is doing and multitasks very well. She makes me feel wanted here and is always concerned about my needs. I met Mike in the breakfast area and he was so nice. He always asks if I need anything and he works hard to keep that area clean. Thank you for these great workers. The rooms are quiet and clean so thank you hard working ladies for keeping them clean. This is why I will keep coming back. Thanks again for hard working staff and your service!

  Breakfast was awesome great variety staff nicest ever rooms smell like cleaning supplies you know they are up to par.
