  I had a really great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything was well taken care of. Kareem was especially helpful and provided excellent service. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

  Everything I expect from HIE was the same except for the bed. This bed was way too firm for me. Other HIE locations have had a soft topper on the bed that just cradles you to sleep. I did not sleep well and will probably think twice about staying here again. When we went to breakfast, most tables were dirty and difficult to find a clean space to sit. Coffee was good as was the selection of hot food.

  ⭐ Extremely Disappointing Stay – Room 301 I recently stayed at this hotel for a work meeting, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The housekeeping service was unacceptable. I specifically left my sheets on the floor so they would be changed, but when I returned to my room, they had not been replaced at all. Finding the same sheets there was incredibly frustrating and, more importantly, very unhygienic. The room itself was also in poor condition and had a strong, unpleasant smell throughout my stay. To make matters worse, it rained during my visit and water was actually leaking from the ceiling in Room 301. This made an already uncomfortable experience even worse. For a hotel, cleanliness, proper maintenance, and basic comfort should be a priority. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet those basic expectations. Based on my experience in Room 301, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.

  Filthy. Toilet didn’t work, furniture dirty. Room smelled of urine. Promptly went back to the front desk and inquired about transferring to another IHG hotel in the area and was (indirectly) told no. (The manager did not have the courtesy to speak with me). Let me explain that another room at this ‘hotel’ would not solve anything, the lobby was dirty and no a/c, no a/c in the hallways which smelled, loud music and a petty going on in what appeared to be the office, but I have since been tol it is a ‘meeting room’. IHG should be ashamed to be affiliated with this location. Not to mention the lack of empathy that was portrayed by the manager. I guess my $162 is more important than P & L, but you can’t put a price on social media and truthful reviews.

  This is a long review, but I wanted to make sure everyone we came in contact with understand that our 2 days were excellent and if I didn't have to work we would have stayed one more night. Our stay at the Holiday Inn was absolutely excellent from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. Every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help. It truly made us feel like valued guests. I would especially like to recognize several staff members who made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you to Mimi for being so kind, remembering me, and always being willing to assist with anything we needed. Your kindness made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Luis, who checked us in. He was warm, professional, and welcoming. He even thanked us for being IHG Rewards members, which made us feel appreciated from the start. Thank you also to Lisa from housekeeping. Our room was spotless, and she was attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was so incredibly comfortable that I honestly wanted to stay another night! Finally, I want to recognize Londa in the breakfast area. The breakfast was outstanding! The food was fresh, delicious, and there was an excellent variety. The dining area was always clean, well-stocked, and Londa made sure guests had everything they needed. We've stayed at many different hotel chains over the years and thought they had good breakfasts, but the Holiday Inn exceeded our expectations. It was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. Not only were the room and lobby exceptionally clean, but the parking area was also well maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. As you can tell, we had a wonderful stay. The outstanding customer service, cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and excellent breakfast made this one of our favorite hotel experiences. Whenever we visit Toledo in the future, the Holiday Inn will definitely be our first choice. Thank you to everyone for making our trip so memorable. We look forward to seeing you again!
