  Not sure how this place has a 3.9 score currently… this has been one of the best HIE locations I’ve been to! The staff and employees really made it worth it too. Now, I KNOW the staff is good because they’re the ones that motivated me to write a positive review without asking. Even my room experience was great! No complaints. Thank you to the staff!

  Pretty nice, but my complaint is that you CANNOT hook up any external device (like an Xbox or PlayStation) because they have the setup function locked. Kind of ridiculous. LOTS of people like to do that at hotels but apparently this hotel doesn't allow that little perk

  Rooms ok, staff is not. Elite member put next to ice maker. I ask for late check out, they said yes then looked up at me and changed there mind. Later, before check out time, they entered the room and started house keeping. I came back from work for a quick shower before flying home. Food was awful, no oatmeal. Just fried unhealthy choices. Very very toxic location because of the staff overall.

  We had a good experience with our 2 night stay. All staff were very friendly and cordial. Room was clean enough and the breakfast set up was really nice with decent food. Place was clean and felt secure. We were happy to be staying here compared to next door at C Inn.
