- CSCara Stiltner1 day ago1.0We are incredibly disappointed with our experience at this hotel. We had a room block for our wedding and were specifically promised the honeymoon suite. We were told it would be booked for us, so we trusted that everything was taken care of. Unfortunately, when we arrived on our wedding night, we discovered that the honeymoon suite had never been reserved. We ended up having to call an Uber and travel all the way home on what should have been one of the most special nights of our lives. Mistakes happen, but this was a huge disappointment on such an important occasion. We also brought a significant amount of business to the hotel through our wedding room block, which makes the lack of follow-through even more frustrating. To make matters worse, I emailed the hotel manager about the situation and followed up, but I still have not received a response. We expected better communication, professionalism, and customer service, especially for something as important as a wedding night. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management takes responsibility and makes an effort to ensure this does not happen to another couple.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. I especially loved the fun sign in the lobby listing local events—it was a thoughtful touch and a great way to see what was happening nearby. Would definitely stay here again!
