  I dont want to give even 1star but there is no option for 0star , bad room, we asked if they have 2 queens bed or 1king with couch they said yes yes we have both options and we paid for king but with kids change the mind went right 1min if they can change they said we dont have any i mean earlier you said you have and then there was on sheet available for couch sofa , no toiletries were there for use dryer was so bad tub wasn’t draining i mean we have been with holiday inn more than 10y never experienced this bad service and also paid $215

  Do Not Stay here. They have screwed over a lot of people! The manager Katrina is very rude! DO NOT STAY HERE! They will cancel your room when they try to charge you before you stay here! This place needs shut down! The owner is at fault for letting crappy management run this place!!! Do not stay here!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely AWFUL customer service. The general manager called me the day of my reservation saying she ran my card and it declined. I asked why she’s running my card before I even check in and she claims “it’s policy”. When I asked her to explain this policy and tell me where this information is, she wouldn’t. She just kept saying “it’s policy”. She had an ignorant attitude from the beginning and I could even hear her yelling at another employee in the background. Then she claims I actually had a deposit due 7 days ago.. I asked what she was talking about because I had no knowledge of it and I knew I didn’t book a room with a deposit. She just kept cutting me off saying “read your reservation”. Then when I continued to question her and asked to speak to her manager, she said “I’m cancelling your reservation, it’s cancelled. And you are no longer allowed to stay here”. She then hung up on me. I will be calling corporate as well. Incredibly unprofessional, yelling at me, cutting me off, refusing to explain anything. What a miserable human being. (Also, I checked my reservation, my “your trip is soon” email, and my confirmation email.. NOTHING about a deposit or “authorization” before even checking in BY THE WAY Katrina)

  Becky was so helpful & kind! Offered us free cold water & the heated pool was fantastic! Very clean & the sheets smelled good! Lots of restaurants close by so you don't have to get in the car & go. Loved it!
