- SBSarah Baker4 days ago1.0This place is not professional at all. Youre not allowed to cook in your room. The lady that works mornings with her tight ponytail was really rude about cooking, very unprofessional. Threatened to kick my daughter out for making breakfast cuz their breakfast is horrible.cant even keep up with the food and guest in the morning so you're always waiting on food. The staff at night is great tho.learn to clean you drains in the tub too. It's disgusting thay water fills up the tub while showering and standing in everyone's filth. Clean your ice machines. Clean your juice dispenser. Just clean!!!! And actually listen to your customers.

How in the hell are you going to threaten to kick myself along with are co workers for cooking in are rooms cause you had to tell someone and decide not tell us but to yell and threaten. Save your time and go to the Hampton inn.

The manager was openly disrespectful to both guests and employees, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. It was upsetting to see staff being spoken to in a rude and demeaning way, especially when they appeared to be doing their best. A workplace reflects the leadership, and unfortunately the way employees were treated left a terrible impression. Hospitality starts with treating people with respect, and that clearly wasn’t happening here. Until management learns how to value and support their employees, I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
