We checked in with Dexter, that guy needs a RAISE!! He is so personable, was very kind to our child and us adults. He went out of his way to interact with our child. He explained all the amenities to us. Very cool guy!! Walking into our room, I thought I had smelled something “off” I wasn’t sure what it was. I did my best to investigate. The AC unit was on and I walked over to it. The floor right underneath and in front of it was sopping wet. I shut the entire system down just to give it a break. We were getting settled in, I happened to notice that there were napkins and a dirty plastic fork behind the nightstand and bed. Went down to the pool, that was very nice besides the creepy men staring at us and made me feel a bit uncomfortable, so I left. Went back to room and gave my child a bath, no tub stopper but the water still held in the tub for a bit. The metal piece around the drain was completely loosened. When I took a shower in the morning, the water was to my ankles. Back to the AC unit, I did check back on that in the morning and it seemed to dry up some. Was just a tad bit damp but not as bad as it was. That smell I mentioned in the very beginning lingered the entire time we were there. I did hear people yelling down the halls and just loud noises in general each night we stayed around 1-2 AM. The breakfast was very good and very well laid out seating wise. Overall it was decent and we still had a good time.

Hotel location is great. Nearby to shopping, restaurants & the airport. Front desk, house keeping & breakfast staff were all amazing. The breakfast itself is one of the best you would find for the money you are paying. It’s pretty well spread with a mix of hot & cold breakfast items. There is a pretty good indoor swimming pool and a decent gym. Cleanliness is not upto the mark, but the hotel seems to be very popular with a lot of people checking in & out constantly. So I think it’s difficult to keep up with the cleanliness. The room we stayed in was great except for the bathroom which was fogging up all the time with the ceiling dripping (hopefully from the steam).
I do NOT recommend staying here. They do not have microwaves in any rooms. They have a baby microwave in the front desk check in area in front of the bar, food area, hallway, business area...EVERYONE.
Monica is no help at ALL. She sits and eats food at the front desk and talks on her personal cellphone. She calls her fellow workers "nephews".
I saw about 6 workers that work, live and eat from the hotel. It reminds me of a trap motel or some retirement home.
This place needs a complete overhaul. The only positive experience we had were the friendly housekeepers. The stay started with our room keys not working and the lady at the front desk giving us new keys telling us she doesn’t know if those keys will work either. When I asked if she wanted our old keys I was told that she didn’t have time to mess with it (my in laws were then told they could only have one key because they were short… meanwhile we had 4 with only two of them working). When we got to the room it was far from clean. There was a stinky, used towel on the back of the bathroom door with black hair on it. The shower had clearly not been cleaned with hair and globs of soap in the tub. We had no tv remote in our room and never actually received one in the 4 night we stayed after asking multiple times. Getting towels was a nightmare. We were told “housekeeping will bring them right up” then waited hours until we got anything. The cherry on top was the blood stain on the bed sheets … :) long story short, believe the reviews and stay elsewhere.
The cleanliness of the rooms was superb. The room size could have been a little bit bigger but I will take cleanliness over size any day. The front desk staff were accommodating and nice and one young man was always smiling and very helpful. The room staff were very welcoming and always brought us fresh towels daily. The location was prime, very close to everything but also on the outskirts of town so it wasn't so busy and congested. The pool ladder does need to be anchored at the bottom so it's more sturdy for people getting in and out of the pool but besides that the pool was pretty clean and the pool hours were very good and late. The breakfast was surprisingly good and full of choices more than most places I've stayed at.
