    Clean and inexpensive place, about 25 minutes from the center of Cledilândia. Breakfast is very good. The place was clean, but the rooms weren't cleaned on time. Instead of a room with two beds, we ended up in a room with only one bed and a sofa bed. I would definitely return, but I hope the customer service staff improves in terms of finding solutions instead of just saying that the rooms are unavailable. My experience regarding your place is For me, it's a reasonable place. However, the service needs improvement. I understand that the staff aren't to blame for the rooms not being available, but they also didn't resolve a problem.

    I’ve been staying here for a week now and it’s been decent. My room is nice and spacious although I don’t get room service since I’m extending I suppose. Staff is fair it’s a couple a front desk they could replace. Breakfast was ok but couldn’t enjoy it because it was over 100 degrees in the dining area. Inside pool was nice also over 100 degrees the coolest part of the hotel was my room . Location was cool. Overall I give it a 31/2 please fix lobby and dining ac

    They went above and beyond at this price point! I am frequent hotel stay-er in the last 3 months at Key Marriott, Wyndham Independence, Wyndham Lakewood, Ritz Carlton, Candlewood Beachwood, Holiday Independence. This is one of the best if not the best day to day stays, I ever been in especially at this price point. There is a business center, pool, guest laundry, microwave and refrigerator in room, nice tabletop desk and the decor is amazing. It’s definitely picture worthy at this price point. Usually hotels at this price point are motels or ugly. I am overly amazed and they gave me detergent and fabric sheets. I am still here and the night is not over lol. I have plenty of towels. I have free coffee and coffee maker. Honestly there atmosphere made me write these compliments! And I would recommend this place a 1000 times!! Thank you for having me. This place is amazing!!

    This was one of the worst hotel check-in experiences I’ve ever had. The official check-in time is 3:00 PM, but when I arrived at 8:00 PM, the front desk manager told me that housekeeping was still cleaning my room. Waiting five hours after the stated check-in time is completely unacceptable. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation professionally, the manager was extremely rude. She told me I could either keep waiting or have my reservation canceled. While I was standing at the front desk trying to understand what was happening, she even said that I was “irritating” her. There was no empathy, no customer service, and no effort to make up for the inconvenience. I expected much better from a Best Western Plus. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re prepared for poor service and disrespectful treatment.

    When I checked in there was a woman and a child at the front desk. The woman was doing something and the child greeted me. The woman yelled at the child and the child kept talking to me. The woman was doing something, but didn't acknowledge me. Finally after a few minutes of this, the woman finally started to talk to me but didn't actually greet me. She was talking very fast and her tone was off-putting. Later I went back down to the front desk for something overheard her, one of her co-workers, and a friend of theirs who was just hanging out at the front desk talking about how the management had been coming down on them for delivering poor customer service. When I approached the front desk, I approached the coworker and he picked up his phone to make it look like he was doing something so I wouldn't ask him for help. So I had to interrupt the woman and her friend. The room has a bathtub but there's nothing to keep the water in the tub so it seems kind of moot to have a bathtub if there's no way to actually take a bath. Also the sink was stopped up and it drained very very slowly. For example, at night I brushed my teeth and the sink filled up with water and by the morning it was gone but it was not visibly draining very fast. The breakfast was mediocre. I mean there were some like okay things but it was mostly carb heavy and like fat heavy foods. There wasn't really a lot of protein and I understand. Maybe they're trying to like save cost or whatever. But it's like come on like just you know. Give me protein please. One might think that this yogurt bar they have would be like high in protein but it's like mostly carbs. Overall I wasn't displeased with the stay. I was just uncomfortable with the people who were running the front desk on the evening of 6/21/26. The reason I didn't report the backed up sink to them is because I thought it would be more hassle than it was worth.
