  This hotel has made it onto my list of favorites for comfort & cleanliness. Extremely polite & accommodating staff with prices that are very fair for everything that's included. All amenities are of great quality, rooms are spacious and the walls are thick. Looking forward to returning!

  I stayed a night here on a road trip and got the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever seen in my life. There were pieces of food, trash, and stains throughout the hotel room. When I made a complaint through Best Western’s provided survey, the manager of this hotel offered me a lukewarm apology, then ignored my response.

  No towels in the bathroom. Pool was under maintenance and no vending machines. Everything that they should have they don't. Will be asking manager for a discount. The night staff is unprofessional and ratchet as hell. Wouldn't hire them even as fast food workers. Found a fingernail first 2 minutes in the room. Only one awful elevator. Dont come here unless you're desperate enough. For a city like Strongsville this place is very low quality. I could go on and on but this place isn't worth writing about...do better.

  Usually I don’t make reviews about no where I go whether I have a good or bad experience but honestly I had a terrible experience in this hotel. It was my first time going to Ohio to visit family and all I wanted was a good time. Firstly when we checked in the lady at the front was not friendly at all (she’s the bigger lady). We got our keys and went upstairs and not even 20 minutes of us being in the room a family unlocked the door and we were all confused and the lady said the hotel just gave her this room and we told her we just checked in not even 20 minutes ago, she left and we went downstairs and said something to them about the family coming in to our room and the older lady at the front just shrug her shoulders and said “ok”. Like what do you mean ok?! We left and that night we were very uncomfortable so we left the hotel the next day and I checked my account and I was charged a extra 50 dollars and no one can’t give me an answer as to why I was charged this 50 dollars. They’re very unprofessional and they need more pleasant people to be in the front desk. The people you see at the front desk is supposed to make you feel welcome whether you’re white or black. I will never go back to this place. And that older lady that shrug her shoulders was all over that black guy in the front like you’re at work be respectful and professional.
