  Complaint Regarding Housekeeping Service Dear Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cleveland–Streetsboro Management, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the housekeeping service during our stay at your hotel. Our room has not been cleaned for two consecutive days. More importantly, we specifically requested housekeeping on both days, yet the service was still not provided. This is particularly disappointing because the official IHG information for this property indicates that daily housekeeping is provided. As guests, we therefore reasonably expected our room to be serviced, especially after making an explicit request. However, requesting the same basic service for two consecutive days and receiving no response or housekeeping on either occasion reflects a level of service well below what we expect from an IHG hotel. We chose Holiday Inn Express because we trust the standards associated with the IHG brand, and unfortunately this experience has not met those expectations. I would appreciate your reviewing

  What a GREAT place, Ty was the first person we met at the front desk when we checked in. She was SOOOOOOOOOO, great made it all so EZ, she made us feel so welcome. If her manager reads this she should get a raise. Rooms where clean, the breakfast was great!

  I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received during my recent two-day stay at your property. I unfortunately lost my wallet during my visit, but your team found it and kindly had it shipped to my residence. I truly appreciate the management's assistance with this matter, and I would especially like to thank the front desk staff for their help and honesty.

  * Great, recently remodeled Holiday Inn Express on an exit with lots of restaurant options. The beds are comfortable and the black out curtains are legit. There were two issues. First, the 2 bedroom queen suite was on the small end for a suite. The “living area” was not separate or much to speak of. The only thing that made it a suite was the pull out sofa bed. Second, the exercise room was very small, extremely hot, and didn’t have weights heavier than 20 lbs.

  Dante is the best. The whole staff in general are friendly but he really cares and took care of any of everything. Very professional.
