  Stayed here for a week for work, not bad enough to leave but definitely not good enough to book for the following week. One of the people I was with got ants in their room the last night. Would not go back

  If I could give lower then one star, I would! This was probably the worst hotel I've ever been in. Stains on the couch, cabinet doors missing exposing mold, ant on the bed and coming out of a/c, the fridge didnt work. After sitting in it we had enough and went to the desk to check out and ask for a refund. The lady was nice and said omg I dont know why they are even putting people in this room! She went on to say her manager would contact us about a refund. The next day he messaged and said no refund would be applied! He said we could've just switched rooms but after seeing how he runs a hotel, no thanks! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else this hotel is bad!

  I had a handicap accessible king size bed room, so they said. The bed was so high and I almost needed a step stool to get into the bed. The tub was knee high though had grab bars on the far side of the tub, and one on the wall at the end of the tub. I didn't even try to get in the tub during my 3 day stay as even thinking about getting out of the tub was a scary thought, so I just washed up. Leaning over the tub to grab the safety bar on the far side of the tub to get in seemed more like an exercise routine than a shower. The room was clean but I was glad when I left as without a shower for 3 days made me feel dirty. The coffee was good, but the breakfast items were nothing special. Put the sign on the door handle saying maid service wasn't wanted or needed,but after going out, when I returned someone had been in my room. I have stayed here years before this and was why I went back, but after this I won't ever go back.
