  Stayed last night ( July 23,26) with friends. 3rd floor room had bedbugs. Seen the pictures. We moved to a new hotel. Other than that was nice.

  I travel this route often, but this is the first time staying at this particular location. Amanda and Ashley at the front desk were especially helpful with a sticky situation!

  Reserves a first floor handicap room. We were told, (we were the only ones parked in a handicap space) there was no rooms available. They gave us a room on the second floor. And, elevator is broken. 100% disabled veteran. We were given the option to go find another hotel at 1030 at night. I wouldnt say the place is dirty. Just not picked up. Im thinking the night shift doesnt care. We were given room 207, after getting up the stairs, we were ready for our room. The toilet was broken and flooded the bathroom floor. I called to let them know. They gave us another room. 227. The other side of the hotel. Room 227, the AC, blower motor howled all night like a jet engine on the tarmac. Needless to say. We did not get a goodnights rest at Holiday Inn. So, its Mid July, the elevators are still broken, which is not great if you're handicap and watch out for rooms 207 and 227. Lol.

  I booked this hotel stay online with some of my points. The reviews were good on the website but I should of listened to Google. I have epilepsy.... I got an email 3 days before my stay saying the pool and elevator were broken. The pool was no big deal but I called to ask to get a ground floor room, it took me numerous times to get a hold of someone and when I finally did she sent me a confirmation email saying ground floor. So the day of our stay we live in columbus and was coming for the Dave Chappelle show, I called the front desk over 10 times and even reached out to customer service and they couldn't get a hold of them either about early check-in so I just said screw it. We eventually get to the hotel the dude tells me we have top floor and there is no ground floor rooms available and we're just welcome to go somewhere else. I had 2 hours to get ready at this point so I suck it up. Upon getting to our room it wasn't even cleaned it looked like. There was public hair all over the toilet and bathtub and stains everywhere. Looks like they just went over everything with the same rag. And also the side doors that you can use your key card for were constantly locked even in the morning at noon. Would not recommend. Plenty of other nice places.

  I’ve been to 4 other Holiday Inns in the past 3 weeks. This is by far the worst. The elevator has not been working for at least a week (had to walk up stairs with all my luggage), the pool is closed (I know it’s “listed in the website” but still), the air condition is making a horrible noise as you can see in the video. And the toilet was rocking when sat on. The tub also did not appear clean. I asked for a refund and left after about 10 minutes from when I checked in. I was told to email the manager. I expect a full refund, absolutely unacceptable, typically Holiday Inn is excellent.
