    I will start off by saying that I did eventually get my refund. I showed up to help a family in crisis as I am a Pastor/Minister I came to the Holiday Day between 8-830pm, the young man at counter was completely lost as to how to accept payment weather paid by credit/debit card or cash. My beautiful wife and are exhausted beyond belief from out travel and need sleep, he had taken the money from my card but couldn't give us are room key and then didn't know how to refund it back. By the time we got into our room it was well past 10-11pm. I was supposed to have been with the family earlier in the evening but was unable to due to getting into the room so late. Now, expected alittle better from Holiday Inn. It lead to a very tough time having to go to another hotel so we wouldn't have to do it again with gettingva room. It cost me the extra money afterwards to have to rent a car cause of distance in between. Really hope that doesn't happen again to my wife or myself again.

    The check-in process took approx 20 minutes, the woman at the desk was apparently new to the job and didn't know what she was doing. After she finally figured it out, she told us our room number out loud, which is a huge safety risk. Won't be going there again.

    I stayed here on a business trip and had a great experience. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I especially want to give a shoutout to Deb and Amy at breakfast—they were always friendly, welcoming, and made our mornings better. Really appreciated their great service!
