I showed up to help a family in crisis as I am a Pastor/Minister I came to the Holiday Day between 8-830pm, the young man at counter was completely lost as to how to accept payment weather paid by credit/debit card or cash. My beautiful wife and are exhausted beyond belief from out travel and need sleep, he had taken the money from my card but couldn't give us are room key and then didn't know how to refund it back. By the time we got into our room it was well past 10-11pm. I was supposed to have been with the family earlier in the evening but was unable to due to getting into the room so late. Now, expected alittle better from Holiday Inn. It lead to a very tough time having to go to another hotel so we wouldn't have to do it again with gettingva room. It cost me the extra money afterwards to have to rent a car cause of distance in between. Really hope that doesn't happen again to my wife or myself again.
