  Took them 20 minutes to check me in. Shampoo and body wash pump bottles dont work and are mounted so cannot be removed. Then I feel like its hot and try to turn on ac unit which doesn't work at all. Would not recommend.

  SCAM! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL They sell you a Best Western Plus and give you a basic Best Western. No explanation, no consent, just a downgrade. The breakfast is disgraceful, with almost no fresh food, poor-quality products, frozen items and powdered eggs. Food runs out and you have to chase staff to get it replenished. Housekeeping is practically nonexistent: during several nights, they only emptied the trash, without making the beds or replacing towels. We arrived as three guests with just one set of towels. The coffee maker was dirty inside with residue. The facilities are extremely basic and the cleanliness is unacceptable. Best Western continues to sell this hotel as Best Western Plus despite what you actually receive. Pay for a Cadillac, get a Chevrolet. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. To the hotel management: you can save the copy-and-paste response you send to everyone and stop deceiving people by advertising a BW PLUS on your website when the quality, service, and location are worse than a Super 8.

  In September, the rooms are very affordable since it's Cedar Point off season. My room was clean and renovated. The breakfast was okay for free breakfast. The main issue was the wifi didn't work and there were no remediation after talking to the staff. The other issue was the door was locked on the 2nd floor stairwell and that was annoying because my room was on the right side. I asked for that to be fixed the first day I was here, but it wasn't.

  I probably won't be back here breakfast wasn't that good same thing every day and they have cereal but no milk there wifi there was no security to it and it said it can't provide Internet also every one except for one employee was helpful if I go back to Ohio it'd be somewhere else

  My family and I recently stayed here for 4 nights. Upon arrival to check into our room, there was no one at the front desk. The bell that should have been on the counter had been moved away, so we were not able to ring it. We waited approximately 45 minutes before a girl finally came out from the hallway. She claimed she had been helping a guest. There was another young girl with her. When the young girl saw us, she tapped the employee, and then proceeded to sit in the lobby as if she was waiting for this employee. The employee, Tonya I think was her name, appeared to be involved in some kind of shenanigans with this girl. Whether that was the case or not, the situation certainly did not give a good impression, especially after we had been waiting approximately 45 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The employee didn’t really apologize for the wait, which was also disappointing. We had three rooms and were simply trying to check in after traveling and waiting an unreasonable amount of time at the front desk. Once I arrived at my room and opened the door, to my surprise, the TV was blaring and there was a bed unmade. We were given a key to either an unmade room or someone else’s room. Once back downstairs, the girl, instead of apologizing, was defensive and said she had nothing to do with the rooms. Then, 2 days in a row, my sister and I both had our keys deactivate and had to keep going down to have them reactivated. Our mother had the same problem one of the days. They were not even making up the rooms. You had to ask. Unbelievable. In the lobby where they have tea and coffee, the hot water came out brown. There was NO INTERNET the entire time we were there. The hotel, once you walked in, even had a funny smell. This, by far, is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I DO NOT recommend this hotel! My sister stayed there back in March and said everything was fine. Something clearly has gone wrong since then.
