  We booked this hotel through hotels.com, and also checked other websites beforehand - none of them mentioned that the hotel was undergoing renovations in its lobby and therefore breakfast was set in the meeting room. We booked this hotel even though it was more expensive because of the breakfast and we were very disappointed - the breakfast was poor, no eggs, no toaster to warm the bread, no waffles or pancakes, and not even cold water to drink! My daughter was very disappointed and we had to go eat breakfast somewhere else. The room itself was great, big and clean. It's a shame they don't update about the breakfast, which is usually known as one that is worth coming for. It's not nice to find out that we paid more than other hotels in the area and received less, if we had known we wouldn't have come to this hotel. A waste of money.

  Rooms were excellent. The other areas of the hotel weren't great - smells, temperature issues, for example. Really appreciated the patio area in the back for enjoying my morning coffee.

  We used kut points for the room with the kitchenette. Very clean and nice. The hotel was going thru construction so the lobby & breakfast area were a bit in Disarray.

  We were there for Toledo Jeep Fest! Very friendly staff, and great access to get to the event! Definitely recommend!!

  Update: We have to make a claim through hotels.com for the mess up but the manager on site said they could not give us another room for our second day there because they were booked solid. They were accommodating in other ways though it was a giant inconvenience for us to have to do this and since our funds are limited and rooms are limited for a family my size we were stuck. Since this is not the first time this happened to customers here my suggestion is if you book through a third party get the insurance and secondly call the hotel after you make the reservation and make SURE its what its supposed to be. The positives were the breakfast was nice, the room was recently refreshed, and clean and staff was nice. Upon arrival we were given a room with one bed. We booked through hotels.com and booked a room with 2 queens and a sofa pullout. We have a lot of kids and now I got kids sleeping on the floor. The lady working the desk tried to get the owner to give us another room as there were availabilities. The owner refused to accommodate us. My wife called hotels.com and they could not get ahold of the hotel the night we arrived as there was no manager on site. Kids sleeping on the floor when other rooms were available let that sink in. Also had to ask for sheets for the pullout sofa (none in the room) which they had at the front desk but no pillows. I'll update the review if something changes in the morning.
