  Not the cleanest hotel. The room had a strong chemical smell like it was covering up another smell. The room was freezing even though it wasn't hot outside. The bathroom has no fan. The floor in the room felt sticky. The bedding seemed clean except for a couple of stains on the pillow case.

  If you’re gonna stay at a Holiday Inn- this is the one to stay at. Clean, free bottled water, snacks, literally need anything they will bring it to you. Bed comfy. 10/10

  I never got to stay here. I reserved a room several weeks in advance and when I arrived I was told that they didn’t have a room for me. I was supposed to pay when I arrived but I was told that they tried to run my card and it declined so they canceled my room. It declined because they didn’t have authorization to run my card. I was supposed to pay when I checked in. I arrived at 11:30 only to be told that they didn’t have a room for me. I had to drive another 45 minutes away to get a room. A very unpleasant experience at midnight especially when reserved the room several weeks in advance. Not at all happy with this holiday inn express

  Run away quick - daughter and I were traveling through came to hotel with reservation ( gold member ) Immediately it felt off - the night person , Jesse, just stared at us when we walked in with no customer service sense at all . He gives us our room ( 205) and we go up the door is open . It’s late , we are tired and now feel completely vulnerable and unsafe . I call the desk (of coarse the phone in room wasn’t hooked up) I explain situation and his response was less than professional - he’s only the night person , can’t help us , manager comes in at 4pm next day etc . He can give me a refund … no “I’m sorry this is completely unacceptable will never happen I’ll notify housekeeping “- nothing it’s 11:30 pm and we now have to fine another hotel to sleep and get back on road . Also what is happening with building behind the hotel - a couple came in for a room ( we were told there wasn’t any ) and paid 86$ . Very sus what is this ??? IHG please reach out this is unacceptable
