- TMTabitha MAug 9, 20264.0The service all of them were phenomenal I noticed they kept smile on their face even with complaining customers about the elevators. The beds were semi firm maybe with a mattress topper. Pillows were totally comfortable and fluffy. Id give it a 5 star if the rooms didnt smells musty (like wet from the condensation on the ac vents) and the elevators worked. They did say the wet musty smell was from building being old. Overall location was great! Kids loved the pool! And we did sleep good!

The restaurant said that this happens multiple times. apparently they don't get nobody in there to service the elevator. Kind of feel sorry for the older people trying to carry their luggage up the steps seen one lady fall. As I was walking down the stairwells they are dirty the walls look like somebody wipe stuff all over the walls.
