  I have not stayed here but when I went to the IHG site hoping hoping to book I saw that they do not accept service animals which I believe is not a legal. It states pets and service animals are not allowed. Needless to say I did not book with this hotel for that reason because I didn't want to have any arguments with the front desk staff even though they cannot legally ban a service dog. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, hotels cannot ban service animals or restrict them to specific "pet-friendly" rooms, even if the hotel has a strict "no-pets" policy.

  We reported a broken faucet as soon as we arrived. I was told it would be fixed the next morning but it never was. Couldn't use the sink for days. The breakfast area was clean and the employee there was very kind and polite.

  A nice hotel, very friendly & helpful staff! Breakfast had good options but was barely warm. Would definitively stay here again! Really appreciate the "green stay" extra points option!

  We had a very bad experience at this Holiday Inn. We had stayed here a few years ago and it was fine. Our room was very dirty even though we had gotten there early and we were told to return 30 minutes later because our room was being cleaned at that time. The lobby entrance was very nice and clean but when we put our bags on the provided filthy carts and entered the dirty elevator we thought we had seen it all. Then the elevator doors opened on the 3rd floor. The room with the broken ice machine was filled with empty pizza boxes and fast food trash that remained there until we checked out the next day. The hallway to our room looked as tho it hadn't been vacuumed in a few days. Our room was the same! There was no way it was vacuumed before we got there. Dirt was around the molding and table legs. One of the clothing hooks on the wall was broken off leaving only 2 hooks usable. The shade on the window was torn and looked like it had been that way for a while. Light swiches were coated with something. The bathroom floor had not been mopped and looked very unpleasant. Looking up, the paint was peeling from the ceiling in several spots. We decided to take our granddaughter to the pool. That area was as bad as our room. Only 3 towels on the rack which we were happy no one else was there so we had those. The pool is falling apart! There was ceramic tiles loose all around the perimeter of the pool. When walking in the pool you could feel rocks and debris on the bottom. The first step in on the shallow side had a ceramic step which didn't match the other steps that had a sandy paint on them that made them slip resistant. Not knowing this, my wife stepped on the slippery first step and slipped and fell hurting her tailbone. Not to mention the steps to climb out of the deep end were broken as well. Did I mention the windows around the pool area were dilapidated some were even hanging out of their frames. The door to the outside had such a big gap under it we worried what else could be in there with us. We did enter the hot tub to try to salvage our visit and that experience rewarded 2 of the 3 of us with infections that needed antibiotics 4 days later! When we went to the breakfast area the next morning we were thrilled to see our expectations were not raised at all. The tables that didn't have any guests eating were dirty and needed wiped. 3 of the 5 juice dispensers were broken. The cooked food was a 2 out of 5 stars. The area itself needed cleaned and we were not happy at all. We have been Holiday Inn members for years and this place was the worst we have ever experienced at Holiday Inn. We did a review on their website only to find they altered it and took out the serious complaints! We did contact Corporate and they are supposed to open an investigation. We are supposed to hear back from them within 48 hours and its been 5 days and still NOTHING! We will be reconsidering our membership our next trip. This place was terrible! If I could rate it a ZERO I would!
