  Very friendly staff ! Clean and comfortable beds . breakfast was decent.i saw they had a pool and gym but I didn’t use it .

  I stayed here recently, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. Upon check-in, we immediately discovered that the bathroom sink was clogged and barely draining. We contacted the front desk, and they moved us to another room. While I appreciated being moved, the mattresses in the second room were absolutely HORRIFIC. They literally felt like we were sleeping on bundles of hay. The springs were completely worn out, and those mattresses should have been replaced a long time ago. Still, we chose not to complain again and simply dealt with it for the remainder of our stay. Now here’s what really bothered me. After returning home, I checked my account and noticed that $10 had been withheld from my deposit. When I called to ask why, I was told it was because of TWO “stained washcloths.” Seriously? I NEVER use hotel washcloths for bathing. I always bring my own because, quite frankly, I know hotel linens have seen their fair share of use. The only thing I may use a hotel washcloth for is wiping water or a spill from around the sink or counter. So I find it very hard to believe that I somehow stained two washcloths badly enough to justify withholding money from my deposit. Even more frustrating, there is obviously no way to prove that these particular washcloths even came from my room. It’s only $10, and I’m not going to waste my time fighting over $10—but it’s the principle. We tolerated a clogged sink, had to change rooms, and then slept on mattresses that were LONG overdue for the trash. We didn’t complain, ask for a discount, or make an issue out of any of it. Yet management apparently felt it necessary to nickel-and-dime us over two alleged stained washcloths. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I could be extremely petty considering the condition of the accommodations we were given, but I won’t stoop to that level. The poor management here shows—not only in the petty charges, but also in the lack of attention to basic maintenance and the surface-level “fixes” throughout the property. If you’re going to hold guests accountable for $10 washcloths, you should probably start by holding yourselves accountable for clogged plumbing and mattresses that should have been replaced years ago.

  Reserved an ADA room for my sister back in May for 3-day stay in August 2026. When she arrived, she was told ADA room was not available. They gave her a regular room- no handicapped shower, so she was unable to take a shower for three days. The tv wasn't working in her room and was told that they were getting new tvs, but someone would fix it the next day or two. Breakfast was god awful too. When she complained, they told her they could give her a $30 credit. I subsequently complained to corporate but was told since it was a franchise and they couldn't do anything. They said when they investigated, the Boardman location said they called me to let me know about the ADA room unavailability. They lied- never called. Go elsewhere- they don't deserve your business.

  The cleanest and friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at. So clean, it looks newly built. I've checked in late (midnight or later) to a lot of hotels and normally the front desk person is always in the back or look half asleep, NOT here!! The young lady who checked us in at midnight was bright-eyed and wonderful to talk to. I was surprised to find some gluten-free options on the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was yum. Would def recommend anyone to stay here!!! We will be back if we are ever in the area again!!!
