  Aaron was incredibly polite, helpful, and pleasant throughout our stay. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always happy to help with anything we needed. He even printed and, without hesitation, offered to staple crucial paperwork for us. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it certainly wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you!

  We almost always stay at Holiday Inn when traveling because of cleanliness and uniformity. This location had a great location and was close to anything you need. I felt safe and the breakfast was nice. Surprisingly, it was quiet with dozens of kids on-site, so the building seems well built. Unfortunately, the cleanliness didn't meet our expectations. Also, the room had several broken and missing things. It seems that the hotel would benefit from doing a routine maintenance check and deep cleaning every so often. The carpet and chair in our room had stains, and the room smelled like wet dog, which was gross to me. I don't like that they allow dogs and wish they offered pet-free rooms for people who have allergies and don't want to be in places that smell like animals. The hotel is old and should be remodeled, especially with brand new competition on the other end of the parking lot. If you do remodel, I would keep your AC units because that worked GREAT! I don't know why floors in almost every area of the hotel were sticky and didn't look or feel clean. Overall, we were disappointed in this Holiday Inn, but the location was great and the staff was friendly, which is why I gave it a 3-star rating. If they remodel rooms, find a more competent cleaning staff, and maintenance their rooms regularly, it could be a much better hotel.

  4th floor had a very unpleasant smell, like mold or mildew. Stairwell close to my room also had a different unpleasant smell in it. Breakfast was okay, Very wet scrambled eggs and sausage. The front desk staff member named Aaron went above and beyond to answer my questions and point me in the right direction when I needed anything.

  This hotel was very clean & surprisingly quiet for as busy as it was. Offers coffee in the AM but not breakfast (just a deal at the Ground Round, which is located in the hotel). For what you pay, they could give you a muffin! Kas at the front desk was very friendly & helpful. And thanks to Stacia for a well maintained room!
