Great location, near the town center, with many shops in walking distance, and a good Chinese restaurant nearby.

Aaron the front desk guy was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to help us during our stay, especially when he stepped in to resolve an issue with the coin laundry machine. His exceptional service made a huge difference. Aside from the great hospitality, the hotel itself was clean, nice, and wonderful. Our room was also large and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Near our route. Evening desk worker was very friendly and helpful to get us rooms. Had breakfast in the lobby that was good. Only thing missing was some gravy. Place was clean and good for us.

Beware - this hotel uses air freshener in the rooms and common areas. I checked into this hotel and there was a strong mildew smell coming from the air-conditioning unit, blowing into the room so the man working the front desk put me in another room. Upon entering I was hit with a very strong air freshener smell that immediately made me sick. It was so strong I had to sleep with the bathroom fan on. Had it not been so late and having an early meeting, I would have gone to another hotel. We’re seeing record numbers of autoimmune disease cases in the United States, much more than any time in history, and fragrance is a trigger for it. The reason there are no ingredients listed in “fragrance” is because if people saw the ingredients they would not buy the product. They are the most toxic chemicals that can enter into our body and cause severe damage to the liver. Air freshener in hotels is unheard of and unacceptable. I’ve spent the last decade healing from autoimmune disease and the one night I’ve spent in this hotel will set me back years. As a business traveler I will never stay at this hotel and after this experience may avoid IHG all together.

Aaron was incredibly polite, helpful, and pleasant throughout our stay. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always happy to help with anything we needed. He even printed and, without hesitation, offered to staple crucial paperwork for us. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it certainly wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you!
