  Excellent stay! Best place I’ve ever stayed at.My stay here has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel is very well-equipped and has everything you need, but what truly makes this place special is the service. They make you feel incredibly comfortable, just like home. The General Manager, Paul, is exceptionally kind and attentive. He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended!

  I’ve stayed here many times for work. I’m an avid traveler and love the IHG chain, but this hotel is always a hassle. The rooms are nice, but the dishes in the room are often dirty so you have clean them before using. The hotel usually smells strongly of curry. My biggest issue is the service at checkout, they refuse to give paper receipts and then never email the receipts like they say they will. If you need to expense report your hotel bill for work, you’ll have to call the front desk and it’s always a tedious 5 minute phone call where they ask all your account numbers and information. I believe this is my 5th time staying here and having to call for the bill they already said they’d send me and getting put on hold.

  Have stayed here many times for work, yet they won’t give us a paper receipt at checkout and will not remember to email it even after calling them. You can’t even get it on the app because the bill is required to either be physical or over email! We already paid! What’s the big deal?!

  Staff was great, room was very clean, shower was nice and hot, Ac unit which I pay high attention to was cold and fresh, room had no foul smell like some other hotels, as a truck driver that looks forward to a good night sleep, this place is now one of my favorites, you are walking distance from Kroger grocery store as well.

  My coworker was staying here and had a family emergency. He told them about it and that he would be back. When he returned from the hospital they told him he had been kicked out of the room and all his belongings were thrown away.
