There was this sweet little girl that helped me at the front desk, Caydence. She helped me when I had issues. I am 74 years old and very confused. Very very sweet.

Dog friendly and well equipped qith a little pathway down to the water. Gazebo with 2 BBQs and a grocery store directly across the street. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, water is hot, towels are fluffy, full fridge, microwave, stove top with utensils, plates and mixing bowls. Great gym. Excellent customer service. VanHoute coffee machine in lobby. Perfect location to Pembroke or Petawawa.

The nook of snacks loaded and fairly priced. Other places ( Ridiculous 🤪). They have a borrow storage of games, crockpots, and other things. The full kitchen with amenities in room is wonderful, full fridge, dihwasher, stovetop. 24 hour laundry and gym.. FREE. Free laundry room friends. They really give you all you need. It's great 😃

We stayed one night for college move in weekend at BGSU and had to travel with our dog. I chose this location for the very reasonable $25 pet fee which is well cheaper than boarding or the pet fee at other hotel chains. Service and location both receive Five Stars all the way! However, the cleanliness and maintenance in the rooms and the hotel in general are in need of an upgrade for the price we paid. It's a shame because it was an otherwise perfect experience for one night. Beds are comfortable, hotel is quiet, rooms are spacious, and you can get a good night sleep here. Check in was organized, friendly, and easy. After we returned about 11:00 PM from a long day, the room seemed a little uncomfortable. Whole family in bed, ready to sleep and I couldn't get the HVAC unit to do anything except INCREASE the temperature. This was going to be a MISERABLE night in my mind. The front desk was able to immediately move us to the room next door which made it very easy. The unit was working in that room but the smell was awful unfortunately. I presume all of the rooms have near full kitchens in them so maybe the prior guests stayed for an extended period and cooked every night. Front desk gave us some air freshener which cut the smell and we were all able to sleep. I can't say enough positively about the overnight staff to help make our troubles as seamless as possible!
