  Everything about our stay at this piticular Holiday InnExpress was excellent! The staff was tremendous, the room was spotless, and it had a clean smell in the room. The breakfast was wonderful. Our overall experience was the best we have had, maybe ever. Great job! Thanks. Will

  The rooms for a four-star meaning that they were okay the beds were good but the pillows were very soft. Two stars for the service special for the housekeeping we got into our room and there was no washcloths so I thought no big deal I'll call down to the main desk the man was by himself and he said that I could come down and get them well after a long ride and very tired driving I didn't feel that it was my job to go down there and get something that should already been in the room. So I told him that I would really appreciate it if you would bring those up and he did we were there another night and matter of fact I talked to the housekeeping person and said all we need is the trash emptied and also the washcloths and towels replaced. So we left for a while and when I came back guess what there was no washcloths again. They do offer a breakfast that is included in with your stay and it is the typical pre-made stuff such as muffins and cinnamon rolls and eggs and some sausage I think and it could have been always a little bit better but it is breakfast and it is something that is quick and easy to get. The location is average it is across the street from a big local hospital name TriPoint so that would be good for people who are coming in for stays or to visit people from out of the area otherwise it's just your typical area nothing fancy.

  This was a last minute reservation, and I was so happy that we were given a nice room. The room was spacious, clean, with complete supplies, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The building/facilities seemed new too.

  Experience was good until the last day. One hour before the check out, a woman with luggage knocked my door and just slide in with a card. She said she was just “checking if anyone’s inside”. She appeared to be the next customer and the receptionist just gave her the card before my check out. This is really unacceptable and un professional, and sometime it could even be dangerous.
