  Look, as of August 2026 the place is currently under a massive remodel. So if you're coming soon, yes you'll have to deal with that. But the staff during the 3 weeks I stayed there was nothing but nice & accommodating as best they could. My room was cleaned every day when I got back after work. And I left a personal item in my room on accident when I left, which could have easily been discarded, but they still had it for me 10 days later when I asked about it.

  Stayed here because of the power outage. The receptionist was very kind & helpful, EXCELLENT SERVICE. It’s pet friendly as well, I brought my 2 dogs & we had a very comfortable stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are low on funds & need a nice place to hunker down with your family & dogs

  Guest was nice, easy check in, new hotel them rooms and everything are renovated, the lobby is under construction they gave me breakfast bags but they’ll have hot breakfast in September

  DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!! This place absolutely sucks! I get to my hotel after a far drive jus to figure out that they canceled my reservation and I booked at the beginning of the year! They told me expedia cancelled it on me I called them and they said it was still booked and that the hotel cancelled it because they "overbooked"! Thankfully expedia paid for a doffernt hotel and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket! IF YOUR GONNA CANCEL SOMEONES BOOKING NOTIFY THEM AND GIVE THEM A REASON!

  They "cancelled" our reservation before we arrived. They never notified us -- we had a confirmation on Priceline that said it was still confirmed. They claimed that they had notified priceline and priceline didn't have our number, which was a lie because we checked the Priceline booking and it had our number. Receptionist told us that they had no rooms left and no options, couldn't refund us. Told us the manager said not to call. No idea how to get a refund. Maybe for the best, the lobby is a mess, and there's no way there's breakfast here. The whole building seems shady, it's barely labeled.
