- LLLauren LinkApr 17, 20261.0Tried to modify my reservation and wanted from 2 nights to 1 night. They wanted to charge me $300 for the Saturday night which is almost double the amount of the original cost. My receipt even says “flexible” and “modify or cancel for free anytime”. Will not be staying here or any of brands hotels in the future and will continue to tell others not to as well. See picture attached. Bad business.
- TTTheNEHOCApr 15, 20261.0It's pretty sad that this is the fourth holiday and express in four different states and not one of them believe in giving back security deposits. I specifically spoke to the manager and he guaranteed me with him 3 days I would have it that was a week ago you call up and they kind of give you the full runaround. If I was anybody reading this I would stay anywhere else because what they're doing is and this is in Maryland and Ohio and New York and North Carolina and actually a fifth one in Louisville they are doing this not giving back to security deposit and for anybody that doesn't call in they keep it. Update on the 8th of April they charge 75 for the security deposit and now it's the 22nd and they have not given it back All Holiday inn expresses are doing this I'm currently having a problem getting security deposits back from four people and if you just trust me I never close damage I'm in hotels most of the year. Just a bunch of thieves at this location just like the rest IHG and Holiday inn Express are terrible and criminal

The booking process was smooth, and the hotel appears clean, comfortable, and well-located. However, the lack of flexibility in a genuine emergency was disappointing. While policies are understandable, some compassion or a credit option would have greatly improved the experience. I would recommend being cautious when booking non-refundable rates
- SCS CavApr 10, 20261.0Loud. Could hear every step the person took upstairs. Requested a top floor but the front desk agent shrugged her shoulders. Not in a safe area. Room was old and outdated. Dirty areas in the room and bathroom.
