- MTMichael Tripp2 days ago1.0I dont even want to give this place a star but had to to leave this i made reservation by accident actually didn't think it had went through 6 mins later it popped up try to cancel they still charged me even after calling saying it was mistake .Also disputed it with my card and they straight lied and said I wasn't happy with service and not what I expected which not case I didn't even stay at the place they straight lied so I lost my dispute are u kidding me billion dollar industry and you just want keep taking .im not done with this I got robbed and 1 more thing when we were on phone with main people cuz we didn't know if went through and wanted know if had power cuz storms they ask why we were asking we watched the price on booking site going from original to 3 to 5 to 6 back to 3 back to 600 dollars people in need and u trying make it hard for people that need with kids in situations GREED.

- KHKelly HAug 12, 20261.0I would rate this location 0 stars if possible. Do not stay here if you want your door to stay closed after housekeeping goes in your room. I am a corporate traveler and experienced a massive failure in basic security protocols at this location. I returned from a full-day training class to find my room door had been left propped wide open and unattended for an unknown amount of time. I closed my door before I left, as any person staying in a hotel room would do. Instead of handling this transparently, local management engaged in stall tactics and deceit. The staff changed their story multiple times about who left the door open, the manager who promised to meet with me conveniently never showed up, and they refused to provide an incident report. When I opened a formal safety investigation with IHG Corporate, I discovered the local hotel actually lied to corporate. They claimed staff never entered my room and basically blamed me for leaving it open. This is completely false. When the manager searched the open room for intruders and I packed my belongings to move, it was glaringly obvious that my trash had been emptied and dirty towels had been removed during the day. The lack of accountability, falsified reporting, and evasion by the management team here is deeply concerning. Avoid this property if you value your safety and honest management.
