  This hotel had a great location being out of the chaos, but fairly close to things to do. However the hotel is severely understaffed from my observation. The front desk workers were working their tails off and doing laundry and everything they could. They were friendly and apologetic for all the things that were sub par. The guy running the front desk through the night was probably their hardest worker. And they should give him a raise because he genuinely was trying to compensate for the company's lack. There were not enough towels the entire stay. Their management needs to order more. The rooms were okay, however there was toothpaste on the floor from the previous tennet in one of our rooms, the toilet paper was not replenished, and again, the towels did not get replaced. Housekeeping didn't show up despite not hanging the do not disturb. The trash was taken out by myself, the liners replaced by myself, and we wiped down handles that were sticky on arrival with what appeared to be pizza sauce. The floors needed vacuuming when we checked out in the room as it was never done for the whole weekend. The carpet outside of the rooms was in need of vacuuming from the moment we arrived and still wasn't done when we left. I noted a few spots particular that remained the same. Even someone's nasty fingernail they must have bitten off and sput out on the staircase stayed in the same spot...ot was there when we got there and there when we left. The beds desperately need replaced. Every room in our group had sagging mattresses and could feel the springs. There was an event the weekend we stayed and every hotel in the area was booked or we would have gone somewhere else.

  Rooms are okay but rather small, mattresses need to be replaced as you can feel the springs, very dusty furniture glass not cleaned. barely enough towels... the hallways and stairway carpets were very dirty in the same dirt that was there when we arrived. was still there when we left.... had to ask for towels, had to ask for toilet paper... was told to wait till they got the load out of the dryer and there was no towels for the pool.

  Came to best western to stay for a night and swim, all was going well until we opened our floor room window to take a picture in the blue lights outside. This lady comes over and says “do you wanna see some puppies” we say yes and everything seemed normal until she was leaning in our window telling us the cartel was after her and she was the prophet going on and on for over an hour about her whole life and all her trauma. to put everything she said in this would be a 10 page essay. She was very much on something. and the first time the cops came she was banging on our window and flung it open, to then talk to us for another 30 minutes. eventually we ended up going to the front desk and telling falicity (idk how to spell her name). cops came for the second time and told her to leave and we got our room changed but it’s definitely a great story to tell now. No hate on the hotel it’s not there fualt, FALICITY DESERVES A RAISE THOUGH.

  Great experience, lovely pool room, missed opportunity didn't swim. Comfortable. The tub is tiny in the shower though so if you want to relax alone in hot bath you will make a mess put down towels. But there is a hot tub down stairs. Owner is nice.
