  Beds are comfortable and rooms spacious. It is easy to get to, right off the interstate, but not very close to businesses

  I will not be staying here in the future, and sleep in the Loves Parking Lot nearby if I have to. I checked in around 8pm after being on the road since 6am. I went to take a shower and found a used washcloth on the floor. It didn’t surprise me, told the front desk, and was too exhausted to pack my bag, go back to get a different room. After the shower I started noticing everything else. The shower with that pink stuff, floors not vacuumed, some type of dried white fluid on the bed frame and a pillow without a pillow case. I then woke up around 4am, stuffy, sore throat and could smell mildew/mold likely from the Air Conditioner that kicked on.

  It's an "OK" hotel. I was on the 2nd floor and twice during my stay, my room key did not work. So I had to go back down to the desk and get my key reset with hands full. Not cool. No coffee maker in the room. All said and done, I was annoyed with the key situation, and that I couldn't make my own coffee. Otherwise, it was just "ok" - not a total dive, but definitely not at the top of the list for Holiday Inn locations elsewhere. Come on - do better! Disappointing. Details matter.

  This is a poor-value hotel that did not live up to its high price tag. ​Hotel Review ​I paid a high price for this hotel, but it was definitely not worth the money. ​The overall cleanliness was extremely disappointing. The inner layer of the double shower curtain was so filthy that it was nauseating, forcing me to push it aside and use only the outer curtain. I also found long strands of hair left around the room, which showed how poorly it had been cleaned. ​The breakfast was equally frustrating. The dining space was far too narrow, and the food selection was incredibly meager and lacking in variety. A better spread might have redeemed the experience a bit, but the poor food offerings only added to the disappointment. ​While the staff greetings were pleasant and I managed to get a good night's sleep before checking out, the lack of cleanliness and poor amenities mean I will not be returning.
