Everything was great EXCEPT we arrived when it was very dark and there was absolutely no lighting in the parking area not even at the door entrance in the side lot. They had light poles but the lights were not working. Even the main entrance was dark. There was one light but the cover was so dirty and filled with bugs it was almost useless. Rooms, service, breakfast all great!

Great stay. Thanks for the items you gave me. One thing though ! You need to fix fhe door to the bathroom. We were on the first floor to the left of the front desk. Last room down the hallway to the left. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. Other than that. Everything was fantastic. Wifi worked well and I enjoyed the hot chocolate

The room was out body was in the shower. There is mold in the shower and the carpet is stained and disgusting. Not up to Holiday Inn standards!!!

I can assure you that the only reason I come to this hotel in Amanda she’s kind extremely helpful always with a smile she is the reason I will continue to come here she needs a raise the other front desk staff I have come across could care less Amanda you rock

Avoid this place, the rooms are basically 100 feet off the shoulder of highway 80. The walls are paper thin and the noise leval is unbearable. The mattress has a 4 inch creator, looks like a horse slept on it for 25 years. Room 223 .The highlight was switching to room 222. At 3:30 a.m. The other side of the expressway/ Hall the noise was tolerable and this matress only has one inch creator. To top it off the staff is incredibly rude and hostile if you dare to ask for a room that is not a torcher chamber. There is a bait and switch price scam going on as well. I don't want to see other people go through this total nightmare.
