- DKDianna KayOct 5, 20265.0Very comfortable, safe stay. Room was clean, quiet and enjoyable. Breakfast was very good. Staff was wonderful. Joshua, Maree, Terri and Kevin ( not sure of the last name). Thank you!
- SCStephen CodySep 4, 20265.0Recently my son and myself spent 8 days at the Holiday inn in Mt Vernon Ohio. My son is from Texas and has stayed in different hotels around the country. He repeated over again how friendly the staff was and Terry Lay couldn't have been more friendly. From the cleaning staff to the chefs at the breakfast and the rest of Terry's crew we give them 10 stars and will be back next year. PS YOUR Hotel is a busy place, might need more parking space LOL. Thanks Steve Adams
- ABAlisha BaldwinAug 30, 20262.0Mold in the bathroom, didn’t give enough towls for 4 people only gave us three. Customer service was horrible. Was trying to check in and was having me leave the lime to tell me to fill out paperwork felt like I wasn’t giving the service I deserved. Talking to me and another customer at the same time. Just didn’t like that. The pool was great though. Food was okay. Just very small
- KKKadeAug 30, 20264.0The rooms were clean and nice once we got to them. The receptionist is an elder lady who was having troubles keeping up with the amount of people and wasn’t really understanding what we were asking.
- SPSuzanne ParriganAug 10, 20261.0I stayed here on June 6 after a wedding in a nearby town. There was a severe storm so there was no power, no hot water , no WiFi, no elevator, no coffee and no breakfast. They were told that the power would return “soon”. It never did. I was promised rewards points for the inconvenience. I requested a full refund. I contacted corporate and the hotel directly. I received $56 instead of the $141 that I paid. Needless to say I will NEVER stay at this chain again. It was a nightmare.
