  I have stated this Holiday Inn three times in the past year and every visit has been a great experience. The rooms I’ve always been clean and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Sierrah was exceptionally helpful this evening during check-in and made the process easy and pleasant. I appreciate the consistently good service and will definitely be back.

  Originally I was planning on 3 or 4 stars but the problems kept adding up during my stay. So I didnt have any staff interactions besides checking in but they seemed nice. Seems as if their is plenty of parking too which is generally good for everyone. The fitness center seems to be fairly good so no complaints there. Didnt use the pool so can't comment on that. The hotel only has one working ice machine which isn't terrible, but if that one goes out im sure some people wont be thrilled. My main issues with my stay were in regards to the room and breakfast. It didn't really look like the room was cleaned that well. That photo of the object in the corner is either a piece of a brownie or a pile of chew. I wasnt really wanting to touch it to find out. It looks like the sheets were changed (hopefully) and that was about it. The room had a bit of a mildew smell to it. Not sure if every room was like this. This hotel is definitely on the older side which could be where the smells are coming from. The AC worked great so thats a positive. Breakfast was served late which okay thats fine it happens. The thing that made me lower my score in general though was breakfast being late, food being cold, and it looked like some of the "fresh fruit" was moldy. The coffee was good and the supplies for it was well stocked. Ive been coming to town every week for a month so far and was normally staying at the Tru Hiltom next door, but decided to give the holiday inn a try. Sadly I'll be aiming to avoid this hotel in the future assuming other options are available.
