- SMSteve M3 days ago1.0Hotel is worn and in need of an update. Room was dirty, had stains on floor and tile floor. Bathroom was extremely small and the room smelled musty. They did fully refund our room and we were happy they did.
- MVMegan VallisJun 13, 20261.0Stayed here for a lacrosse tournament for a weekend. Booked 2 Queen beds and when we checked in (at 5pm) we were told “they only had 1 king available” Our family of 4 stayed in a single king room because that’s all they had. Then when we came back from a long day of lacrosse our room door was propped open with no cleaning service in sight. We went to the front desk to ask why our room was propped open and the response was “oh that’s our cleaning lady, she’s not right in the head. Was anything stolen?” We paid close to $600 for a weekend stay with our door open for hours and a single king bed for a family of 4. Never returning.

Ray access to restaurants, shopping, and many fun places to visit. The location was very close to the freeway which allowed quick trips back forth to our destinations.

When we got into our room, there were ants all over the floors due to food that was on the floor. I called down to the front desk and I told them there were bugs all over the floor, she asked what kind of bugs. We then were asked if we were leaving and they did raid the room and “swept” the floors again. The picture is after the bugs were sprayed and the floors were swept again! There were no other rooms available to switch to. The toilet paper holder was busted, the bathroom tiles were moving/cracked. For the amount of $ spent it definitely wasn’t kept up or clean. There was food in drawers. Not clean.
