  Clean rooms, bed and towels. Room was a little damp for me on the main floor. Breakfast was a little poor compared to other locations. Pancake machine broken, no boiled eggs, bagels individually wrapped and not so fresh. Everything else pretty standard

  When I tell you I got the best sleep and had some of the best hotel breakfast, I absolutely loved it here! Stacy, thank you for making my stay a memorable one. From your professionalism to your smile, I would recommend this hotel to ALL who want a great stay experience! Thank you Holiday Inn!

  The front desk agents, Sierrah & Skylar were very accommodating and helpful with checking in. They were able to get us in our room quickly so that our family good rest and we really appreciated that.

  Book this hotel with confidence all will be well! I needed a “room prep” for allergies and it was done with a smile from the great staff (although I don’t think any prep was needed). Room was fresh and exceptionally clean with a very comfy bed. Complementary breakfast was lovely with cheese omelets, fresh biscuits and incredible cinnamon rolls. Crispy bacon too! Delicious coffee from fresh brewing machine 24/7. I consider myself a “picky” traveler and I was very pleased. 5/5

  Do not book your team here! The reviews are highly misleading and it appears hotel staff (multiple from Sierrah…) are leaving 5 star reviews. We arrived to rude staff, dirty rooms, musty/damp everything, one girl described it as “walking past the pig section at the 4H fair”, and another teammate woke up to a roach in.her.bed. There were zero hotel rooms available within 45 minutes otherwise we would have walked right back out on night 1. We noticed a large amount of ants in our room, and staff brought in a vacuum and a can of Raid to spray at 10pm where kids were about to be sleeping. They were sold out and multiple families experiencing similar issues with front desk staff unable to reach the manager so they just gave us all these cards to “call Kevin”. After a 16 min convo on the phone with Kevin, I did get an 80% refund-which should have been 100%. This place is akin to a roadside motel and shouldn’t cost more than $30 a night.
