  The hotel is nice, and in a great location. What makes this five star is the staff. On check on we were greeted with a big smile and friendly conversation. At breakfast we met Toya who kept everything in the breakfast area spotless, and is as friendly as she can be. It was just a quick overnight for us, but we would definitely stay again.

  My friends and I came here to celebrate a birthday. Amy was so welcoming and helpful from the moment we got there till the moment we left. Anything we needed she was on top of it. We would recommend this place to others and definitely come back.

  Hotel bed very comfortable food was delicious a few minutes from ceader point and lake Eire pool was heated but cloudy fitness was great room was clean view was great Hotel is by a pizza place called Chet and mats we had a stay on the 4th floor it was a great hotel

  This hotel was good. But during my stay, there were a couple problems. First of all the pool... It was absolutely disgusting! The water was cloudy, and in the shallow end of the pool you couldn't see the bottom. There was tons of hair everywhere in the water, along with other miscellaneous things. Second of all, the beds were a little stiff, along with the pillows. But otherwise, the hotel was nice and comfortable. Would stay again, but I would not go for a swim at all.

  We called to make reservations on our way from Pittsburgh. They were well aware of 4 guests staying in the room. Upon check-in, the associate was extremely rude with zero customer service skills. We went to our room to shower and there were only 3 towels and 3 wash cloths. My fiance walked down to the front desk to request towels. She said they had none. She said they were all dirty. He asked if the hotel was full and she said no. He asked if you could get them from another room. She said no. She was extremely rude and dismissive. I then called again from my room. She told me the same thing and ultimately hung up on me. So I then walked down there myslef. Her manager was on the phone, not on site. She said there was nothing she could do, guests were hoarding their towels and we would have to take it up with management in the morning. The front desk associate flat out said she didn't care and told me I could leave now. I have been staying at Holiday Inn's since 2016. We have never been treated so poorly. Will await management to refund us so we can leave tomorrow. Do not waste your money here. Terrible customer service and zero care in the world to fix the problem.
