  Absolutely HORRIBLE service! I have NEVER had such a bad experience with a hotel! It started when I was checking in. The attitude that I was greeted with wanted me to turn around and find another hotel. I thought that doing a stay, park, fly would be easier. This hotel has made it an absolute nightmare! I checked in as early as possible. I asked to get the shuttle to the airport at 3:45 am since the airport is 15 minutes away, my international flight is at 7 am tomorrow and United has asked for us to be there 3 hours early. The hotel told me that they do not start shuttles until 4 am, the 4 am reservation was already taken, the shuttle only goes on the 1/2 hour, so the earliest they could take us would be 4:30 am. I said that I don't think that will be enough time. She shrugged her shoulders and looked at me. I asked what my other options are. She said to get an uber. I told her that I had already paid for the hotel stay, park, fly. The shuttle is included. She just looked at me and could have cared less. Then, this hotel has NO WORKING ELEVATOR!!!! I'm on the third floor! No working elevator in a hotel that is multi-leveled??? So I am expected to lug my luggage up and down the fire staircase AND find my own way to the airport at 4 am when I've already paid for this hotel! WOW!!!! What a HORRIBLE hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! You will regret it! I do!!!!

  I would not book at this hotel unless you’re looking to be disappointed. I booked via Priceline and was very disappointed with the hotel property and the lack of amenities at the cost we paid. Below is a list of al the issues we had while staying here. • All 3 elevators were broken for the entire stay. • The listing advertised a sauna, but hotel staff informed us that the sauna had not been functional for quite some time and remained locked. • The Crowne Plaza website itself does not list a sauna as an available amenity, raising concerns about the accuracy of the Priceline listing. • The property was advertised with features including an adult-only environment and casino-related amenities that were not available as represented. • The side entrance nearest our room was nonfunctional, requiring us to walk around the building each time we entered or exited. • The pool was intermittently closed during our stay. • Our room showed multiple signs of poor maintenance, including peeling paint on the ceiling, loose fixtures with missing screws, and visible spiders and webs around the windows. •No microwave in room, having to use a shared microwave in the lobby. •Missing and broken curtains on the windows. •Restaurant/Bar closed early every night during the stay. •Continental breakfast was sub par and often out of breakfast items. • no disposable silverware or eating utensils available. • key card got deactivated multiple times. •strong odors in hallways and downstairs near restaurant/Pool. Had the property been accurately represented, we would have selected a different hotel. The combination of unavailable amenities, accessibility concerns, maintenance issues, and inaccurate listing information resulted in a stay that fell well below reasonable expectations.

  Keys are not working! Literally needed to replace the key every time we needed to access the room! Also Front desk agent steps away for a long time! Have been waiting to find someone to assist me to replace the key

  We had rented a room for four semi to severe handicap for one night to be able to catch a flight for a cruise. Upon our arrival, the room was on the third floor. Yes, they accommodated to the second floor. They have three elevators in which none, NOT ONE, worked. I’m uncertain of the price and the price to leave the car for the week we’d be gone but, my brother in-law is a veteran ( the more severe handicap) so I’m sure it was too high for such poor service. When we arrived back to get the car, my sister, the one who paid, did get to use the restroom on the first floor. The rest of us were told “ there is no restroom on this floor. You will have to go up to the second floor”. The elevators still aren’t working. The restaurant was also closed. I, we, don’t recommend this establishment for any reason. We contacted our travel agent as well!

  I have been staying in this hotel for business since 2019, with a gap of several years related to COVID and post-COVID. During my usual travels, i very rarely experienced any issues warranting attention from either the front desk or hotel management. On my latest trip ending this morning, I can definitely say that the quality of both the hotel and its staff has negatively changed. 1. Let's start with all the text message regarding the reservation. My account is configured not to allow text messages for a variety of reasons, yet I kept receiving them. Hotel: when someone updates their profile to not accept text messages, you legally need to honor that! 2. Before leaving for the hotel, I received yet another message indicating that all elevators were out. Common occurrence apparently at this hotel as several reviews point this out. However, the note also stated that discounts were not going to be offered. So how are guests supposed to get to the upper floors? Are you carrying their luggage? Doubt it. Per ADA, if the only mechanism to reach floors is unavailable, the hotel needs to find repairs immediately. 3. Upon arriving at the hotel and into my room, I tried calling the front desk to help resolve an issue...Wait for it...The phone didn't work. No Dial tone. After calling via my mobile, the front desk person showed up to fix the TV. No signal. How can that be. After offering lots of excuses, he fully reset the TV and it now worked. Again, I ask why. 4. Upon going downstairs to the bar, the bartender was apparently closing up at 9:15pm. Unusual for a hotel bar that services flight crews and others. Never heard of a bar closing that early. Upon asking for a nite cap, the bartender rudely informed me that she didn't have the drink I asked for at the bar and was not interested in going to the back room to find it. Ended up with another option. Just very rude and inappropriate. 5. Tried the TV in the morning and...as expected...No Signal again. I have expectations of hotel staff. They should be dressed professionally, especially the front desk staff. They should represent the hotel, not their own personal interests or laziness. Why would a front desk person be dressed in sweats? Extremely inappropriate. This hotel is broken and needs more than just lipstick on a pig. An overhaul is desperately needed. I plan on staying at the courtyard or the InterContinental next time. This hotel is off my list.
