  If i could give a zero I would. This place is an absolute dump. IHG should not have this hotel in their line up. Disgusting and old. Do not ever stay here. FYI Courtyard Marriott is just down the street. Wish I had known that

  I reserved a room, was charged, and then they canceled my stay due to renovations. They refused to refund me after I disputed with my credit card, although they canceled my stay. Do not recommend paying before your stay.

  Dirty shower. No face towels or wash cloths provided. Wallpaper torn and coming unglued in several areas. Several stains and scuff marks on the walls and carpet. Leaking AC unit. Noisy bed that squeaks loudly at the slightest movement. Cramped room with hardly any room to keep a suitcase and walk around. Closet doors missing. Had to get my key reprogrammed every single day over a 4 night stay. Front desk staff were not very friendly. Restaurant always seemed to be closed even though the posted hours said they should be open. I expected a lot better for a Crowne Plaza. Would not stay here again if you paid me.

  We Payed for Park and fly and when we returned for a shuttle pickup, they told us it would be over an hour before the could pick us up. So we paid for a cab to take us to our car. The coffee in the lobby was cold. The furniture in the lobby was stained and dirty. They said that the restaurant down stairs was closed so we couldn't even get breakfast in the morning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

  ⭐ 1 STAR — ZERO IF GOOGLE WOULD LET ME Apparently at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport, the amenities are more of a creative-writing exercise than things you can actually expect to receive. Room service? Nope. Food options? Good luck. Amenities advertised online? Apparently optional. Customer service? That may have been out of order too. The entire place felt like a dungeon, and the attitude from the employees somehow managed to make the experience even worse. What really infuriates me is that I was traveling with my autistic child. I didn't randomly pick this hotel. I researched hotels ahead of time and specifically chose this property because of the accommodations and amenities advertised online. When you're traveling with an autistic child, those details MATTER. Predictability matters. Food options matter. Having the services you were told would be available matters. We arrived early and asked about an early check-in. My child became overwhelmed and had a meltdown in the lobby. This would have been a perfect opportunity for a hotel supposedly in the HOSPITALITY business to show a little compassion, kindness, or even an ounce of willingness to help us figure something out. Instead, we were met with dismissive, rude customer service and ultimately had to LEAVE and scramble to find another hotel. And thank God we did. Here's an idea: If you don't offer room service, don't advertise it. If your amenities aren't available, update your website. And if your employees can't show basic compassion toward a family standing in your lobby with an overwhelmed autistic child, perhaps stop pretending that "hospitality" is what you're selling. I've stayed in plenty of hotels. Things go wrong. Rooms aren't always ready early. Amenities sometimes close. I understand all of that. What separates a decent hotel from a terrible one is HOW THE STAFF HANDLES IT. This hotel failed spectacularly. We literally chose to find another hotel rather than spend the night here. That should tell you everything you need to know. Families traveling with autistic or special-needs children: DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. The Crowne Plaza managed to provide us with one excellent service: making the decision to leave incredibly easy. Never again.
