  The parking at this hotel is THE WORST ! Do NOT leave your car here if you missed a flight, have a late flight or anything to do with going into overnight ! The guy who works the front desk would rather be on his personal phone than answer the company phone. I called 10xs before the phone picked up & was placed on hold then I got 3 words out and was placed on hold, shuttle came at MIDNIGHT !!! When it’s post to be every 30 mins as advertised!! I’ve booked with this place more times than you can count and this is what I get ? A employee who doesn't care to answer the phone or solve the problem ?! I’m a solo traveler if the bus run at a certain time that’s what I expect for Crowne plaza to play with my safety is inexcusable and unacceptable !!!

  Room gave to me had a wet floor and bad water damage from the room aboves and my ac hopefully there was no mold , and on top of that i was gave a 1 queen bedroom,when i had booked a standard 2 queen bed room.After a long day of plans and checking in my guest was too tired for me to try ro resolve anything ao they had to sleep on a small stiff leather recliner..Service was okay,and location was decent depending on what you got planned but overall id pay the extra 100 and go for a nicer one next time

  Went there for a show in the basement and the elevators were not working and walking throughout the hotel to get down there just stains on the carpet everywhere...... Was not impressed.

  I am 9 months pregnant and booked a stay here for my husbands birthday three weeks ago. I received confirmation from both the booking website and the hotel themselves. We had an additional two guests staying with us, as listed in the booking information, so we booked a room that had double queen beds. Now, on the day of check in, I receive a TEXT MESSAGE that they cannot accommodate my stay. I call the hotel and the receptionist has nothing to tell me except they “only have access to the first floor of rooms” and that there were no double rooms available for our group of 4. The only thing she offered was a single king bed, and she said that it didn’t sleep 4, and if I wanted to accommodate my whole party I would have to cancel and go elsewhere. She was generous enough to offer to cancel my booking for no EXTRA CHARGE, even though she was telling me I had no choice but to cancel. Safe to say I will NEVER book here again.

  *DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION* My wife received a notification from your hotel today, the day she's checking in after booking a reservation, weeks in advance that you are cancelling her room just hours before she arrives. What a despicable business practice you have in place. Your text to her was that due to, "... unforeseen circumstances ..." her reservation had to be cancelled. No, it was made clear to us when we called IHG directly that you overbooked the hotel for the day and chose to cancel her reservation. I've been a IHG member for years and NEVER had this happen to me or my family. This hotel should be removed from the list of IHG hotels. We will never book a room at this location or recommend this hotel to anyone. Its clear this hotel operates only for money and do not put their customers first.
