  4 of us drove up from Columbus Ohio as this was called one of the best haunted houses. That is a false statement. We all bought the VIP passes so we really had no wait. The problem was you walked through a maze with about 3 people in each tent YES I said a tent. 7 tents to be exact. It took all but 3 minutes to walk through each tent. It was a joke of 7 haunted houses. It took about a half hour to walk from the entrance to the exit. I would never spend money on this place again!!!!

  I haven’t been here in almost 13 years and boy has it gone down hill. I’m assuming it’s the new owner. The set up of the whole place used to be allot more open and cooler to hang in between houses. Not a fan of the tent set ups, the outsides of the houses used to actually look on theme. The lines were ridiculous, not moving people through, I’ve gotten through haunts at Universal faster. Didn’t even get to see all the houses because of the lines so that was a waste of money as I can’t go on a different night and atleast finish what I paid for. Used to be allot more actors too. It will probably be another 13 years before I’m back.

  Trash, trash, trash! If you’re reading this before visiting, save your money. This place is severely understaffed, and the attractions are so poorly designed that you can clearly see where each scare actor is supposed to be stationed, completely ruining the element of surprise. I honestly don’t see this business lasting much longer without major improvements. I hate having to leave a review like this, but the experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the money.

  Drove an hour to get there. Very disappointed there were 7 small tents, with very little actors maybe 3 per tent. It only took maybe 3 mins to walk tru each attraction. Which were mainly made up of mannequins and electronics. Scare factor 2 out of 10. Wait times weren't too terribly long, just tons of unsupervised children and teenagers running around acting a fool. Mostly likely will not be returning. Was nothing like we expected.

  Times are obviously tough for everyone. Having gone to seven floors of hell for over 15 years, I can say this was definitely the least enthusiastic presentation. Whether it was due to lack of manpower or lack of interest in putting the effort in, the tents weren't even decorated on the outside the way they often are. There was maybe one to three scare actors inside each house, with one house, I think, having only one. We didn't make it to the last house, the wormhole, because the lines were so long. It used to be an exciting place to walk around. Now there's hardly any scare actors that walk the grounds, and there's very little side attractions to visit outside of just the houses.
