  Stayed in a king suite for 5 nights (room 415, 8/5/26 - 8/10/26). The maintenance, or lack thereof, was terrible: broken desk lamp, one of the door handles on the connecting doors was falling off, the connecting doors would not stay closed and blew open and closed as the air conditioning went on and off (defeats the purpose of a two room suite), a two-foot crack in the wall of the shower, tile along the floor next to the toilet was held in place with dark blue painter's tape, there appeared to be rust or very bad stains on the lower shelf of the refrigerator, the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen both drained very slow, and the button for the first floor inside one of the elevators would not light and you had to push it 3 - 4 times to find the perfect spot to get the elevator to move. For what they charge, I would have expected better maintenance of the property.

  Stayed here for 2 nights in early August 2026. Not great. Breakfast was a mess, flies everywhere. Food was old like it was sitting out forever. Dinning area was a mess. And the attendant had a tip jar out. We did not receive room service the first night, which fine whatever, but we needed more towels so we went down to the lobby to request more and she gave us 1 towel. We asked for a couple more since we didn't receive room service and all of ours were dirty. She gave us a lot of attitude, "did you request room service? You have to request it if you want it." "Oh sorry we just stayed at another stay bridge for 4 nights and they provided room service every night so we didn't think to ask." "Well here you have to ask." Don't worry we won't be back! She tried to pretend that she there was only 1 towel left. But when pressed she came back with 3 more towels from the backroom so idk what that was about. I might not even have left a review but the same desk clerk was also being horrible to a bride and groom who had clearly just come from their wedding. They were still in their wedding clothes. Apparently they booked their room through a 3rd party booking and that warranted her being a total snob to them. Honestly how bitter of a person do you have to be lady? I hope they also leave a review.

  IHG member I drove from Indiana with my 5 children, we got to the hotel to check in & told my husband they couldn’t take his card, but they took it online. They should have it to where you can’t even put your card in if they don’t take that bank, she could have atleast been nice about it but the Lady at the front desk was super rude. Terrible services and communication. Will never come back

  Never in my life have I ever stayed in a hotel with such poor service . Cleanings were never done on the days they said they would and we had to argue just for someone to take the trash out. We wanted to upgrade rooms and after countless days of arguing we thought it all went well to happen. The day of switching rooms, the staff claimed there was no such indication of a room upgrade and we would have to wait another day so we could speak to the general manager after we had already paid a fee so we could book it for this day. Not to mention the prior night they told us to get our things ready so we could switch rooms in the morning. The system is here is frankly ridiculous and extremely frustrating.
