  My son in law just called to book the weekend and the lady who took his call is extremely RUDE and unprofessional! He asked for her name so he could complain about her to the boss and she hung up on him! She is out of line! He has booked here 2 other times and she was also rude and hateful then also! She needs fired! So who ever is taking calls today oct 1 at 12p.m is ridiculous

  I have no complaints about the hotel BUT there's a bigger black women who is absolutely RUDE! She treats the customers like crap! Over the phone she was rude and when we got to the hotel to check in she was super rude and acts miserable with her job!

  Room was clean, plenty of towels. Water Never got hot in shower! Toilet ran every 30 minutes. Location great for dining 🍽

  Found a big spider crawling across the floor. Beds were kinda strange - squeaky and not very comfortable. Some hairs in the bathroom, and overall room was not cleaned well. Breakfast food was cold too :(

  We had a last-minute change of plans and needed to book a room late at night, and I couldn't be more pleased with our stay. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made the late check-in seamless and stress-free. ​The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and the beds were super comfortable—just what we needed after a long night. To top it off, the complimentary breakfast in the morning was great with plenty of good options. ​Highly recommend
