  loved the room but was put at the back of of the hotel, hotel backs up to mall and I was not sure about leaving the car there.

  WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE — AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS If I could give zero stars, I would. We arrived around 1 AM on August 3 after driving for hours with our two young children. Before putting our things down, we checked the bed and found a bug on it. We immediately took pictures and video, woke our kids, packed everything back up, and showed the front desk. There was no way we were going to sleep in that room with our children. We ended up having to sleep in our car at a travel stop because we couldn’t find another hotel that night. We contacted the hotel again the next day and sent the pictures and video as requested. Later, I spoke with Sam, who identified himself as the owner, and instead of showing concern or trying to resolve the situation, he was extremely rude and basically accused us of doing this intentionally because we had previously called about canceling the reservation( that’s because we were on a road trip and thought we would make it there but it was too late and we didn’t think we can make it. But when front desk said no then we just drove there ). He also hung up on us twice. The most shocking part is he said he doesn’t identify the bedsheets . He doesn’t realize we have iPhones and time and date stamps are all over the photo and video I took. Why would anyone drive to a hotel at 1 AM with two children, wake everyone up, leave the hotel, and sleep in their car over a roughly $95 stay? The money isn’t even the point. The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, empathy, and common sense is what is unbelievable. If you’re traveling with children, PLEASE avoid this hotel. We expected a clean and safe place to sleep for the night and instead ended up sleeping in our car. Absolutely not worth it.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've stayed at this hotel multiple times whenever I'm in Dayton, and every visit has been outstanding. The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is warm, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make every stay enjoyable. The overall experience is consistently excellent—from check-in to check-out. It's clear that great care is taken to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dayton area, whether for business or leisure. I'll definitely continue staying here on my future trips!

  Staff was great however there was a convention party blasting music until 1 am well past quiet hours but the worst part was the original room we were given my 5 year old opened a drawer and there was a needle, drugs, baggies. All that was offered was a different room and a bottle of wine. Again my 5 year old had found it. I do feel like our room should have been comped.
