  I stayed at Holiday Inn Express-Mentor a couple weeks ago. I was tempted to give rooms a 1 because the shower was freezing cold. However, the room is attractive with many convenient items. (Items not in these rooms like coffee are available in lobby 24/7.) Cups in room seem in a little short supply- had to remember to save and wash coffee cups.

  Everything is clean and fresh, and we loved that the smoking area is across the parking lot, far from the entrance.

  Brand new hotel but not ready for occupancy. The first room we were given was still under construction - back to the front desk - next room had no hot water - cold showers anyone ? TV would not work. I talked to the front desk. Apologies but they fixed nothing. The elevator was making scary grinding noises and vibrating violently. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast good. Pool not open - not ready - guest laundry not open - not ready - we were told by the front desk to go to a Laundromat a couple of miles away. Our horrible stay was in mid September 2026. Do not stay at this hotel. Avoid big time.

  I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is clean, spacious, modern and has all you need! All the amenities are high quality and they will even give you the basics for free! More than enough towels and so many tv channels! There's plenty of parking, laundry facilities, powerful air-conditioning, delicious breakfast and best of all friendly anf helpful staff! Affordable too! Thanks for a great stay!

  Wonderful inexpensive stop on a long trip! Very clean, Wonderful accommodating staff, hot shower, nice breakfast and 24hr coffee, decaf and teas. Located near all the creature comforts too. We're not hotel swimmers-If you are, the pool is currently being remodeled, but everything else here is in great order.
