  Great staff. Rooms very clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to come back. The only thing bad I can say is the pool wasn't open yet because of renovations, but they are working on ot so hopefully open soon.

  Wonderful inexpensive stop on a long trip! Very clean, Wonderful accommodating staff, hot shower, nice breakfast and 24hr coffee, decaf and teas. Located near all the creature comforts too. We're not hotel swimmers-If you are, the pool is currently being remodeled, but everything else here is in great order.

  I’ve stayed at many holiday inns and this is the first truly bad experience I’ve ever had. The bathroom in our room hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. This was especially alarming since the hotel had just opened 2 days earlier. There was hair in the shower, toilet, and sink, as well as blood in the sink. We let management know about this and the next day they sent housekeeping , but they still didn’t clean the bathroom. All they did was replace the towels. The TV in our room didn’t work for the entire stay. Management sent someone by to try getting it working but they were unable. The power also went out each night during our stay, with no notice from management. This can be really problematic to people who have CPAP machines or other devices that need power during the night. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was out of order each morning of our stay. Management did refund us $100 due to all these issues, which was appreciated, but these are all really basic things you expect from a hotel and shouldn’t be rocket science. I’d recommend staying anyplace else in this area.

  We stopped in on the last leg of our trip and were very impressed! Adrian at the front desk was a terrific help with finding good hiking spots, you can the place is run well and the people really care. Savannah and Heidi were amazing as well and prepared a delicious breakfast. This was a nice stay, thank you so much.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Mentor, Ohio while attending a wedding. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and everything was well organized. Our room was spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after the wedding celebrations. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was a nice added bonus. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Mentor area, especially for a wedding or special event.
