  The hotel is well-known and highly renowned—indeed, it is actually far superior to what its current rating suggests—yet it suffers from a service staff that ranks among the worst I have ever encountered in my life; any hotel employee can simply walk into your room while you are fast asleep. Members of the staff entered my room several times during the early morning hours; and whenever I stepped out to confront them and ask what they wanted, their only response was: "I'm sorry."

  The location- phenomenal! The staff- both the morning and night need raises (I dont care how much they make they are not paying them enough for how awesome and personable they are)! Room: so quiet, beds comfy, bathroom clean (we did need to ask for toilet paper) They even had a plastic fork when I needed one! Highly Recommend!

  This was the best stay I’ve had at a Holiday Inn in a long time. The check in was a breeze, staff were friendly and the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. There was also very walkable services nearby and parking was plenty and safe. The breakfast buffet also served real eggs and not the powdered ones!

  Stayed April 2026 for 5 nights. Hotel room was nice, staff was great. Restaurant breakfast was really good as well as the bar staff. Our group reserved the sidebar for a private after reception party and they let us go later than we reserved. Thank you.

  Terrible service and their website says “not pet friendly” yet we were greeted with 2 massive pit bulls in our hallway jumping on us when we first walked in - and a staff member was walking them?? Also could not get in our hotel room and when we reported it to the front desk, they asked the maintenance guy to check in on a room that was not ours, so we were not helped for 1 hour. We went to the front desk 3 different times during the 1 hour until we finally realized they kept calling for help for the wrong room. Kind of an unreal experience for us booking this place for a wedding block. They also asked us why we booked a handicap room when “it seemed like we didn’t need it” which is for one, not legal to say to us, and two, was the only room available in the hotel block - otherwise we wouldn’t have booked it. They also said “well we can offer you a better room”, and then offered us a room with a smaller bed. Crazy experience to say the least and would never come back.
