⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Outstanding Stay at Holiday Inn Mentor! My experience at the Holiday Inn in Mentor was excellent! The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and what really makes this location stand out is the staff who go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. A special shout-out to Pam, the General Manager, who is incredibly helpful, hardworking, and dedicated. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the hotel, her team, and the guests. Her professionalism, leadership, and willingness to step in and help make a real difference. I also want to recognize the laundry lead, who was an immense help! Their hard work, support, and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed. It’s refreshing to see team members who take their responsibilities seriously and go the extra mile to help others. Having leadership and staff like this speaks volumes about the establishment. Pam deserves recognition for the example she sets, and the laundry lead deserves appreciation for the tremendous help they provided. If you’re looking for a hotel with a hardworking team and people who genuinely care, I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Mentor. Excellent people make all the difference, and this team is a great example of that. I look forward to staying again! 👏🏾🏨

The building is super outdated. The elevators were not working. There was a fire alarm triggered early the following morning caused by some smoker. Marijuana smell in the hallway when waking towards room.

Filthy rooms. Upon check in, we saw hair that didn't belong to us, hair pins, receipts and the bathroom was gross. The corners of the bathroom had grime and dust. Oh and a fire alarm went off at the wee hours of the morning, rude awakening and false alarm.
