  This Holiday Inn is nice but I’ve seen nicer. I paid for breakfast every morning which normally is included, but I paid for it and the first day there was no breakfast they said because it was the Fourth of July, but still was able to book and pay for the breakfast and then when you do get the breakfast, it’s not very good. The tables were sticky and dirty. The restaurant seemed decent, but the food sucked and then when you go to the counter to get help, there’s nobody there and there’s always a sign be right back and you wait 45 minutes or longer and nobody ever returns. Apparently, they have their employees wearing many hats because they don’t wanna pay for somebody to be at the desk all the time I would not return.

  Big hotel and conference center. Very bustling location. Pretty good restaurant downstairs. Room was clean. Overall good stay. The gentleman that checked us in was very professional and polite.

  This place has really changed in the last few years. Check in znd breakfast staff had an " I hate my job " vibe. Water in the wasn't hot. No more a la carte breakfast. Very disappointed.

  Just stayed at this location and I’ll say that the hotel is very clean, friendly staff, and in a safe area. The room was fantastic and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job each and every day! I’ll most certainly stay here again. With that said, there is an issue with some of the misconceptions about this hotel which come mainly with the photos here on Google. #1 - There is NO pool! Don’t look at the professional photo of the indoor pool and think this location has one, it does not! #2 - The outdoor seating does NOT belong to the hotel. It belongs to the restaurant on the first floor. If you go out that back spreading from the ground floor hotel side, there is no way back in when the restaurant is closed! You have to walk all the way around the building to get back in. There’s not even an exterior door handle on the door. So, just be aware if you’re booking for a pool and the outdoor seating looks appealing, then you’ll be disappointed. Several of us were when we found out there wasn’t a pool. Would I still stay here again…for sure! Would I recommend this hotel…for sure!
