- KGK GAug 3, 20261.0What a filthy, shady hotel. The staff is completely rude. The rooms are dirty, and the floors are sticky. The shower was disgusting. Since I unfortunately had to stay the week for business, I bought my own cleanser to clean the bathroom myself. Two of four washers were broken, and three or the four dryers were broken. When you report it, the front staff literally shrugged their shoulders. The entire building, inside and out, reeks of pot all day from morning throughout the night. There's also a lot of loitering in the parking lot especially late at night.

Customers Service Representative Ally was amazing. Very helpful. Thank you Ally.😊 The General Manager came out and talked to my family. Oh and the hotel is 20 minutes from the Toldeo Zoo. The outdoor mall is in walking distance.
