- KBKenn Burdick2 days ago3.0THERE IS NO BREAKFAST BUFFET HERE, even though it is advertised online as such. Upon arrival there was a work truck blocking the covered entrance parking, the desk steward had no clue who it belonged to. Instead of the king bed room we reserved, we were assigned a two double-bed room. The desk steward needs more training, for certain. Room was clean. The tub drain backed up, needs plunging, we reported it. All this reflects back on management. Poor employee training, the slow drain should have been caught by the cleaning staff, and if you're not serving breakfast like the other IHG hotels, then get your listing fixed online. We were disappointed, this property is adequate, but a weak link in the IHG chain. Without breakfast, this property should be $20 cheaper per night.

Its location is very convenient, with restaurants and stores nearby. The only issues I experienced were a broken ice machine, a refrigerator that wasn’t working properly (though I didn’t end up needing it), and some outside noise due to the hotel being close to a busy traffic intersection. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
