- KFKara Fortier2 days ago1.0Room 308 has a large ant infestation. Advised the front desk. Maintenance sprayed with an unknown poison. We were left with a pile of dead ants. Gross. The shower does not drain. Using it becomes dangerous not only due to the flooding, but it gets very slippery. Nothing was done when we advised the front desk. The elevator door will occasionally only partially close and is painfully slow to respond. I would suggest taking the stairs. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Management was at best non responsive.

When I say this hotel is the CLEANEST hotel I have EVER stayed in, I 100% mean it. There staff is friendly, accommodating, welcoming, helpful, and perfect! The cleaning staff and Receptionists All deserve a raise and a praise at what they do. If you ever find yourself in Marysville, do not settle for another hotel, this one is the ONLY one worth staying in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It was 2am by the time I was checking if there were any rooms available. I was in my room in bed no more than 10 minutes later. Teddy at the front desk working night shift made things so easy! Would definitely recommend this for a planned or last minute trip!!!!
