- DMDawn Mastroionni6 days ago1.0As a long time IHG member I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Holiday Inn Marion, OH. I accidentally booked the wrong Holiday Inn and didn’t realize my mistake until I arrived at the Holiday Inn in Bucyrus, OH. As soon as I realized what happened, I immediately called the Marion hotel to cancel my reservation. It was still before 1:00 PM, so I was hoping they would be understanding and make an exception since I had just discovered the mistake and called right away. Unfortunately, they refused to refund my money because their policy requires cancellations the day before. I understand hotels have cancellation policies, but I was hoping for a little common sense and customer service in a situation where the mistake was clearly accidental and I contacted them as soon as I realized it. Instead, I was charged for a room I never used. Very frustrating experience, and unfortunately, this is not the kind of customer service I expected from Holiday Inn.

We arrived, she greeted us, got us into our room. The room was clean, tidy the breakfast was good, I spilled a cup of hot water, and I went to the kitchen and two very kind ladies made light of it and wiped it up and I thought that that was just so great because they did it with a joyful heart. We will book there again and again.

Took amazing care of me and my guys at FORGE LLC with hot breakfast daily! If you come here please treat her with love kindness and respect and she’ll do the same. We love her ✅😍

Super grateful for that since none of us had food. all of the staff has also been very kind and accommodating us very well while we have been having our meetings there.
