The work was finished correctly promptly and met industry standards. For more than two years the hotel has refused to pay the outstanding invoice despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly with management. This prolonged refusal to honor a legitimate debt demonstrates a disregard for fair dealing. Based on my direct experience, I have no confidence in this company’s integrity and I caution both small businesses and potential customers to consider this pattern of behavior before engaging with them.

Everything looked and felt clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was also really good, with a nice selection of food and a great way to start the day. After a long day of traveling, it was wonderful to have a clean, peaceful, and comfortable place to rest. This is exactly what I expect from Holiday Inn standards. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would be happy to stay here again!

They were serving breakfast to other guests, but when I asked for breakfast around 10:30 a.m., I was told the kitchen was closed. I pointed out that breakfast was supposed to be served until 11:00 a.m., but she replied that they had closed the kitchen early, which made no sense since I was informed at check-in that breakfast would be available until 11:00. When I went to the front desk to discuss my concerns, she was rude and unwilling to help. At checkout, I noticed an additional $36 charge on my bill with no explanation. When I asked about it, she couldn’t explain the charge and simply said she would waive it. Overall, my stay was very frustrating. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a waste of money.
