  Good example of a Holiday inn Express. Excellent friendly service. Nice workout room. There was one piece of equipment that was damaged but after speaking to the desk they look like they were going to get right on fixing it and we're appreciative of me pointing it out. The rooms are clean with all the things you need. The beds are very comfortable and I very much appreciate how Holiday inn labels, the pillows, firm or soft, etc. The only issue we had was the breakfast was just kind of meh. Pre-made egg, white omelette things and turkey sausage. It's just kind of 1980s health ideas. And really wasn't very flavorful. The potatoes also were kind of microwaved. That said, everyone was super friendly and accommodating and asking if we need anything etc. good value but I would like to see the food updated.

  Overall a pleasant stay. Clean sheets and bathroom-my room had a spa tub which was very relaxing. Had a good workout in the gym which was clean and orderly. The pool looked nice but I never used it. One negative comment I'll say is their floors are pretty gross. When I first walked in my room I stepped on an earring and I noticed some nail clippings >ew< on the carpet. I asked front desk if housekeeping could vacuum the next day and they made a note. They didnt vacuum the next day =(. A little dissappointed in the cleanliness of the floors but other than that I was satified with my stay.

  Holiday Inn Express hotels are impressive But I’m outraged and upset with only one thing, I travel for work and I always stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels and the company I work for pays for us the lodging and the card is in the name of the company and I even wear the company’s uniform and the bosses give us those credit cards to pay for accommodation and material that we need to buy and they have given us a problem why the name of the card is not with the name of our ID when they are clearly seeing us dressed in the company uniform To which we work and this hotel is the one where we have stayed several times we come from Myrtle Beach SC and they have just put us in trouble for this today when other times they have not done it and that bothers a lot thank you

  Front desk had a horrible attitude. Platinum member, didnt offer me any of my benefits. Didn't even offer me to spin the little wheel they have I had to ask. Walls are paper thin, people stomping and yelling in rooms around me all day and night. Horrible experience, will never stay here again.
