Overall a nice hotel. But the real highlight is the amazing breakfast buffet! Great food and an even better staff! The ladies are super nice!

A hotel that is clearly not being properly maintained or run. We were there for 2 nights. All 3 days the same trash was on the floor of the elevator. There was an old microwave sitting in the hallway on the floor all 3 days. Stains everywhere, rusted fixtures, broken things and HVAC clearly not cleaned. The whole place smells too. Plus, our room was not ready at check-in time. The say they are renovating but that has nothing to do with lack of cleaning. An old, outdated hotel can still be clean.

Average. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant wasn't always open when we wanted to use it. You could, however, order food and eat it at the bar. The rooms were dated and old and showed their age, particularly the bathroom.

My stay was problematic for the cost. Rooms are outdated with peelling wallpaper and mildewed tile. My desk chair was broken and the sink did not drain. I called for maintenance over 3 days and nobody ever came to fix the situation, so I just dealt with it. I mentioned all this on checking out and they didn't care. Breakfast was pretty good but it costs extra. Would not choose again.

Staff is polite and listens. The room i was in needs updated well just tge bathroom. There was or still is a water leak from 4th floor. Can see stain still on celing. The wallpaper in bathroom is pulling away from wall. Toilet very slow to flush. Other than that the rest of room was clean. Just a standard room oh... the carpet on 3rd floor hall is bubbling up like there are hills and bubbles all threw it.
