  Will not be staying here again. They are cheap. Pool is closed again. Hotel is full and they still put out the cheapest food. Hallway and elevator are hot as hell. Thermostat set at 77 in August. Dont bother complaining. This staff doesnt care. So this time i didnt.

  It was a good place to sleep. The pool area is not the best. There was heat coming out of vents and made it very difficult to enjoy swimming. There was also a terrible smell coming from the handicapped chair area. It's needs to be thoroughly cleaned and aired out.

  Allergy Alert! For those who have allergies to down or feather pillows beware. They do have feather pillows in this hotel, which unfortunately my husband is allergic to. When I asked the staff if there was an alternative pillow and a clean set of sheets to get rid of the allergens I was met with confusion. The staff couldn't understand why I would want to change sheets and pillows. After some debate they did supply clean sheets but there was no pillow alternative. The beds were uncomfortable, you could feel the springs through the mattress. And don't expect a cool room or hot water. The air conditioner wouldn't cool below 74. The faucet and the shower both had zero hot water. So with the lack of hot water the kids wanted to go swimming. We get ready and head to the pool at 10pm. The posted hours were for the pool to be open to 11pm. Once we were in the pool room we were told we'd have to leave because they were closing the pool. They informed us that they were changing pool hours and just hadn't changed the sign yet. So now I have a room of uncomfortable, hot family with only ice cold showers and uncomfortable mattresses. All in all it was a miserable stay. We won't be back to holiday inn.

  Room was ok, shades broken. Breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. No eggs, the dirty pan from the day before was still there, the pancake machine was broken, there was some kind of nasty tasting folded over white egg looking thing that might of resembled a sad excuse for an omelet, I could go on but I’m sure you get the picture.

  I typically stay at Holiday Inn properties because I know what to expect, but unfortunately my last two stays—including this one—have been very disappointing. When I entered my room, there was trash underneath the luggage stand, which immediately made me question how well the room had been cleaned. The bathtub was so worn and uneven that standing in the shower felt like standing in a valley between two mountains. It made showering uncomfortable and felt like the tub should have been replaced years ago. To make matters worse, the iron in the room was broken, and after breakfast I used the lobby restroom only to find trash scattered across the floor and the garbage can overflowing. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect a clean, well-maintained room and common areas. Based on this experience, this property falls well below the standard I’ve come to expect from Holiday Inn. I hope management takes these issues seriously because this hotel is in need of much better housekeeping and maintenance.
