  I wasn't a fan of this place. Our shower was really dirty. It even had trash on the floor of the shower from where a foil seal had been taken off of a bottle. Rather than say anything, my husband cleaned it with some supplies from our trunk and atleast made it useable. Staff should pay attention to the corners of the stalls as they are very gross and mildewy. There was also a child, who we believe to be an employees son, who hung out right in front of the elevators on the 4th floor eating snacks while sitting and/or laying on the floor. This was pretty odd...and he was there every day, lol. Breakfast was just ok. The potatoes were cold. Staff was friendly though, and beds are comfortable. For us, we won't be back to this establishment.

  My go to spot when in Columbus. Very convenient location if you’re seeing a concert or going to a sports event downtown. Consistently good quality, I’ve never had an issue.

  Great stay overall. The hotel was very organized, the food—especially breakfast—was good, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

  We choose this hotel for our Boston-LA car trip. Location is not central but easy to reach by car. We arrived late and checked in easily. Room was clean silent and modern for USA standarts. Breakfast was enough, not much selection but ok.

  I didn’t really like staying here. I could always hear everything going on around me so trying to sleep in is impossible at least in my room 206, The floors are really hard. I don’t really care for that and the morning breakfast doesn’t even really seem like a real breakfast. You have an option of eggs, potatoes, or bacon bits.You should have more options than that Like every other hotel priced similar especially when that’s literally the main thing you can get. I don’t know this place was just really a disappointment, especially for what I paid for the night. Holiday Inn express would’ve been the better place to go. I know that now. Other than that, the beds were good and they have A good TV and shower but that’s about it I guess avid hotels aren’t my thing and for 120 for a night just not worth it
