  Our group arrived to check in at 8pm and we were told they have no clean rooms for us so we had to wait. Lobby was full of guests in the same boat. (Or even being turned away) One of our rooms wasn’t clean until 11pm after being given rooms that weren’t even clean or missing important items like a shower curtain. The mornings staff seemed more together and breakfast was decent!

  We had to pull over here during a tornado warning. Even though we weren’t guests, they treated us very well. My daughter has a major fear of storms, and right away they offered her water and snack to help ease her anxiety. Staff is top notch and kind.

  THIS PLACE IS FILTHY. First room was musty, floor had not been vacuumed and the bed had black stuff spattered between the blankets and sheets. Second room wasn't vacuumed in probably a week with potato chip crumbs all over. The front desk clerk came to the second room and took pictures himself. He had checked 2 rooms prior to coming into our room and said the room on the second floor was "probably cleaner" than the one on the third floor (which is where the 2 rooms we were already were in). Probably cleaner? At this point, I said to my husband, let's cancel and drive home. The front desk clerk said he would refund our points which at this exact moment, I'm trying to get back even though the "chat bot" says they are refunded immediately even if we cancel outside the cancellation time frame. What a joke. Find another hotel. This was gross.

  I frequently come to town for family. Harrison hotel’s have gone way up because of all the construction crews in town? I understand supply and demand, but if rates are increasing, the quality should increase too. Cleanliness and maintenance shouldn’t go downhill while prices keep climbing. Paying more should come with a better experience, not the same issues.

  This hotel was conveniently located. When we walked in we heard the manager (?) thanking staff for all their hard work and long days. The elevator was quite honestly terrifying! You could go up but had to take the stairs down. When walked in our room it smelled awful (like someone had just used the toilet). I looked all over - the room appeared to be clean, it just smelled. Will prob bypass this particular hotel if we come this way again.
