  I needed to book a room last minute. The staff and team were very helpful, courteous, and breakfast area is nice. See Susan was amazing.

  The hotel has been renovated and restored; it is clean and tidy, and the bed linen is changed daily. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is great. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back.

  ***update since I can't reply. I will not remove my review and you are correct that the reservation was not under my name. This wedding party was the majority of booked rooms and seeing people walk in and out dressed in wedding attire and then calling rooms to make sure no one was "using showers or supplies" was disrespectful and, frankly, harassment. Looking further into reviews getting buried it seems like our experience is on parr for this locations reputation. Out of respect for the bride and groom who were intentionally left unaware to spare them extra stress, my grievance ends with this very honest review. Just be better and that will speak for itself. A family member blocked out this hotel for their wedding and as some guests were meeting to carpool and follow each other to the venue, the front desk called the room to ask us to leave or they would charge for the extra people. This is an hour before the ceremony. The harassment after reserving a whole floor is insane.

  This is the worst Best Western I've ever stayed at I'm a non-smoker request a non-smoking room I was accused of smoking in the room we were all asleep when it's rude staff member come beating on the door stating that the fire alarm went off stating there is smoke in the room, they barged their way in found no evidence of any smoking cigarette butts ashes or lighters the staff member became very loud and rude and told us we had to leave. I explained there was an ashtray right outside my door construction workers booked next door to me they've been out there all evening and morning smoking. I just got my credit card statement today and I see two separate charges $250.64 and another $250 that was charged my credit card after we left the motel and they're refusing to refund the money. On another note they have a continental breakfast they had no milk out it was towards the end of breakfast and the staff member was upset because she had to go back and bring out milk for the children and told us we had to hurry up that she was closing the breakfast down, she made the kids feel uncomfortable and they didn't want to eat because she made it seem like a problem. The bed comforters will not clean and stained the bathroom was not clean, carpet dirty were your feet turned black walking barefoot. I asked for additional pillows that was a problem I asked for some complimentary coffee gave me 1 pk that as an issue. These people clearly should not be in the hospitality business

  Just stayed here for Lost lands after my husband and I booked at another hotel that ended up having roaches in the room. They squeezed me in at 3am on Thursday and I couldn’t be more grateful. I stayed here in 2022 or 23 for another festival and it was run down but it seems like now it’s under new ownership bc the place is so clean and then staff are great. No complaints at all!
