    Stay Away!! Upcharged $150.00 because a heavy metal concert was in town. Very nasty room, rust all over bathroom ceiling, nasty window area and smell, mirrors so dirty they were worthless and a sagging mattress. Right near the airport is a plus but airplane noise is a definite.

    Terrible airport shuttle service! Waited over an hour. It’s still no shuttle after even three calls to the hotel. That’s actually three calls that connected, I probably called a dozen times because they wouldn’t answer.

    My stay here this week was simply amazing ! From the comfortable clean rooms , the heated pool and the welcoming staff , I will be back. Ms. Shirley , the breakfast cook/server was so amazing to me and checked on me and the food was so good! Ms. Dani , the front desk attendant was nothing short of incredible to me and my stay . Always a warm smile and greeting . These two ladies made my stay very special. The hotel was nice , clean and great Costomer service.

    I park and fly from this Holiday inn. Always was a great place to park and fly but now the shuttle runs 24/7. This is exceptional. We caught the shuttle at 3am and our return flight was 1am. So nice that we did not need to try to get an Uber. When I get to enjoy the hot breakfast it is good and hot. Good variety. Rooms are clean.

    My name is Kristen I was in room 414 and checkout this morning.I can honestly say my stay here was pleasant. My room was ok but I was very impressed of the staff. One in particular was the security guard who I ran into 2xs. Him walking the floor in the middle of the night. He was very polite ask.me how was my stay n did I need anything. It made me feel safe. I saw him again this morning n he took me to the airport. Easy too talk to , very knowledgeable about Columbus City life and really went out his way with customer service. I'm also in a women's group, trying to find a place in June to stay at. He encourage me to come back with my group in June . I think I will do that. So thank you Holiday inn Gahanna for the pleasant stay and staff you have. I definitely will be coming back again!!!
